I was watching Catch-21 today and during a commercial break I saw a commercial that GSN had that was half Family Feud and half a preview of the new movie Think Like A Man 2 and I would like to know what the reason for this commercial is? Is GSN having some sort of contest to win Think Like A Man 2 movie tickets by watching Family Feud or is it because GSN is gonna co-produce Think Like A Man 2 along with Steve Harvey? Or will Family Feud be featured in the movie as well? I had never seen this commercial before on GSN because it debuted today, Is GSN gonna sponsor the movie Think Like A Man 2 by promoting it on Family Feud?, Kelsey

I noticed that Comfort Inn hotels sponsors Family Feud and I would like to know what the reason is? Is it because Family Feud has an exclusive contract with Comfort Inn to sponsor Family Feud or is it because Comfort Inn provides lodging for Family Feud contestants? Because anytime you watch Family Feud before the Fast Money round begins they have a Comfort Inn Hometown Family Moment in which family members can wish the winning family members luck on their game, Is Comfort Inn the official hotel chain of Family Feud?, Kelsey

I don't think Comfort Inn has sponsored Feud since the first Harvey season.

Hi! I'm going to move this to the Family Feud thread, and perhaps someone can help you there.
I'm not exactly sure how to watch that online - though someone might help.

So apparently Harvey's Feud is going to be airing on TVLand? And on BET? Confirmed, says Buzzerblog: Link: Buzzerblog on FacebookI think you should know what TVLand is - Nickelodeon used to have Nick at Nite, and it went from there. BET is Black Entertainment Television - African-American targeted channel.

Why on earth is TV Land showing Steve Harvey's Family Feud? This sounds like an odd choice for TV Land to choose. Before they decided to add Family Feud TV Land showed their first game show called The Ultimate TV Fan and then they had reruns of the game show Bet The House but to me Family Feud on TV Land just sounds silly because GSN already shows the same reruns that are gonna be on TV Land every day of the week. You also mentioned that BET is also gonna get Steve Harvey's Family Feud as well. Now that is even more surprising because you hardly ever see game shows on BET and if Family Feud is a winner for BET I bet they will even show reruns of Cedric The Entertainer's version of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire someday. When I used to watch BET's music video shows to learn about the upcoming music cds and new artists the only game show they had was a remake of Triple Threat hosted by Spencer Christian so I think this is a neat but shocking surprise to Family Feud fans everywhere, Kelsey

Really? Three cable networks for the exact same version of the same show, plus the airings in local first-run syndication (which are two episodes a day in many areas) on top of that is absolutely ridiculous. And TVLand and BET are Viacom owned and marathon everything so you know they're gonna rerun the hell out of it. Honestly, cable networks airing a lot of the same shows over and over again like this is one reason why I'm not exactly pining for expanded basic cable right now.

TV Land just showed an advertisement for Steve Harvey's Family Feud just a few minutes ago and it appears that Family Feud is gonna be shown weeknights starting September 29th along with the debut of Friends on TV Land, Kelsey

I saw a commercial when I was fast forwarding through Hot in Cleveland on Wednesday night. Hey, that's cool. I don't watch it on GSN much, maybe I'll watch it on TV Land since I watch more of that. Most of what I watch on GSN is recorded, I don't record Harvey though.
Also, Friends has been shown on TV Land many times before, I think last Summer was when they started showing Friends, in blocks. It was an OK show, but it wasn't great, in my opinion.
