This is GSN's new (confirmed) show, coming next month. Based on the tweet below, it looks like it's going to be a lot of questions regarding how-to. Seems like an interesting show, really (yeah, the graphic probably means nothing, but what the hell). I might tune in.

It looks interesting. I might actually try it out.

saw an example show on gsntvnation
looks like one of those shows that the last round is the only important round and the first 2 rounds are to fill time.
Round 1
Each of the 3 team members give their answer to a multiple choice question. 10 points if right 50 bonus if all 3 right. both teams get 2 questions
Round 2 points doubled
Round 3 200 points the team member discusses and comes up with one answer to a non-multiple choice question. If wrong the opponents can steal . Then another question is asked and the points doubled
Bonus round: One person on the team is asked a multiple choice question. He/She stays up until he/she gets one wrong. When all 3 team members are wrong the bonus round is over. The team is given one pass

Someone's going to have to post a review tonight. I have work when it's on.
Let's try to do this without spoiling the outcome, okay?

I haven't had a chance to watch this yet because of work. What is this show like?

I've seen a few episodes now and I must say, I think this show is really boring. It's not a very exciting quizzer and it doesn't do anything unique. I actually fell asleep near the end of one of the episodes.

I'm bringing this thread back from the dead to say, I've finally watched some episodes of Common Knowledge this week. I got GSN again, thanks to Sling. (I mostly got Sling so I could get the NHL Network and MLB Network. Yeah, I kind of broke down, especially missing NHL Network. Then I decided to add GSN to my subscription but thats as far as I'm going.)
Joey Fatone, he's okay. Except that he has to ask everybody on every question why they chose a particular answer, even on ones that are, well, common knowledge. I'm not even sure why the show is called Common Knowledge when I don't know a lot of the answers on there, some of them just aren't common knowledge, at least to the average person. I can't be alone in that, right?
Otherwise it's a solid show. It's like the only original trivia game show GSN has with a bunch of word game shows and America Says even though I like word games, and I like America Says.

Unless they bring back Master Minds, though they'd likely be doing it without Ken if they do thanks to his Jeopardy hosting, and he isn't going to be on the next series of the Chase.

How could I forget about Master Minds? lol... I haven't even watched that show yet. I still have to watch that if I get a chance.

If "The Other Wiki" is anything to go by, then COMMON KNOWLEDGE is officially kaput.
