Speaking of going back, GameTV instead of continuing forward to the audienceless episodes, they go to the episodes where Drew has white hair(he has white hair for a couple of daytime years before he dyed his hair back to beige again, to be specific, Daytime Year #44). The LMAD episodes GameTV is airing now are aired after the pandemic start but were taped prior to. Same with Family Feud, they were aired in the fall after the pandemic start but were taped in 2019 that were supposed to originally air during S21. I am thinking Season 49 got lackluster ratings due to the absence of a studio audience. This is perhaps the primary reason why GameTV decided to air a fresh season, but older. As long as GameTV stays away from Season 37, I'm happy. That season was a disaster. Massive format changes, drastic downsizing of the cast, lack of luxury cars being offered, and many pricing games going on hiatus for months. And I forgot to mention 3 Strikes going on hiatus and being considered for retirement. Regarding the latter two occurrences, I cannot see the H1N1 pandemic being the reason for the pricing game hiatuses, as Plinko was still being played and contestants handled the chips no problem. Spelling Bee was still played and the model was handling the cards. So I am thinking budget issues were at play there.

I just checked GameTV's online schedule, and discovered that Dick Clark's The $100,000 Pyramid is officially gone from the schedule for the time being. As of this Monday, GameTV will have been airing Season 6 of Bergeron's Hollywood Squares - did GameTV ever air that season before?
GameTV is also airing possibly the later episodes of Match Game 76 too.

I just checked GameTV's online schedule, and discovered that Dick Clark's The $100,000 Pyramid is officially gone from the schedule for the time being. It's a glitch that's happened before. You'll notice the 3:30PM slot isn't showing up on the schedule at all. Pyramid is still on at that time according to other sources.

On the 6th anniversary of Buzzr introducing its stream, Bonus Round now has a 24/7 stream of its library on its Youtube channel

An apparent new trend to the GameTV schedule is mini marathons of their classic game shows on weekend afternoons. August 3 has eight back to back episodes of Tic Tac Dough for example

Do these mini-marathons actually begin tomorrow (July 27) or August 3?
Also, I feel as if there may be fresh content in terms of classics coming in September. This trend is based on past history in recent years.
EDIT: It appears that there is a mini-marathon of classic shows tomorrow and Sunday.
Also, at this point, the schedule on GameTV's site goes through the end of August or September 1.

Tomorrow interestingly appears to be the regular Retro Vault schedule according to my program guide. July 28 is a marathon of the 70’s To Tell the Truth. August 3 is Tic Tac Dough and August 4 is Tattletales

They’ve hinted at season 11 TPIR returning which I presume would be the early 1983 episodes where it left off and Tattletales is indeed going to be fresh episodes. MG HS Hour was also brought up as a suggestion but I’m not sure how the channel would accommodate that one with the one hour TPIR in the same block The post can be found at www.facebook.com/GameTV/ which I’m surprised is still active. It was a bit of a dead page during Covid

It's surprising that Body Language could be coming to GameTV in October, considering it's not a cult classic compared to other classic game shows aired since the retro block started in 2017. But then again, Break the Bank is really not a cult classic, and they did air it. I can see Body Language airing at the beginning of the retro block on a daily basis.
It would be pretty neat if The Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour came to GameTV. It would be nice to have another network air it other than Buzzr.
As for Barker's TPIR, wouldn't shock me if we finally get the 1983 portion of Season 11. Maybe we might get more episodes than they did last year (they acquired one short of 75 episodes then). Maybe it will start with the debut of the iconic Plinko, perhaps?
I am sure they can possibly fit in The Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour on GameTV's schedule - the network will have had the rights to Hollywood Squares for one year by the fall, and due to the significant number of episodes (they may have acquired two seasons) it would be costly to acquire two seasons for a longer period. That said, it could be possible that the network's license to Bergeron's Hollywood Squares (which presently airs two episodes back-to-back every weekday) could expire soon, and maybe The Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour could be a contender to replace it.
From what I gather so far, it appears that all of the fresh shows that could be coming are from Fremantle's library, and nothing fresh from Sony announced at this point (maybe fresh Sony content could happen next March or April). This is going to be a very interesting schedule when it launches, though I am not a fan of Tattletales myself.

If Body Language does come to GameTV this fall, I can see them airing the early 1985 episodes which Buzzr presently doesn't air at this time. It would be the second Tom Kennedy game show to air on GameTV, the other being the original Break the Bank. I cannot see GameTV airing just a limited number of episodes and the majority of them being Teen Month episodes.
EDIT: I didn't see any post about Body Language coming to GameTV, but I did notice on a different post that Password Plus is coming this fall. And on another post, Barker's TPIR will air at 1:00 PM ET this fall - it will kick off the retro block on weekdays.
GameTV did comment that they are working on Split Second, after a request for Tom Kennedy's version on another post. But it wouldn't surprise me if it's the Monty Hall version that ends up airing. At least GameTV would likely air the full series, unlike Buzzr.

I think the original Split Second is gone for good. I wish it wasn't. It was much better than Monty's.
