If TJW does well, do you guys think TTD gets YET another try? I'd say it would do well as long as Pat Wayne doesn't host. Or Michael Cheeseburger of MG98. So lets do some fantasy booking if you will. If you were bringing back TTD, who would you ask to host? I have a list.
5. Alec Baldwin- He's doing quite well on MG and honestly, he may be the best choice. But then again, this may not be his type of show.
4. Dan Patrick- I can't see this as when Alex retires from J!, it'll probably be Dan taking over since the studio is the same for J! and SJ!
3. Kat Dennings- I know she's not hosted a show before. But where are the female hosts when we need them? Kat is a good actress and that could be useful on a show like TTD or a revived HS, which will get its own thread like this soon.
2. Dwayne Johnson- If he's not too busy, he'd been pretty good for this show. Unlike the last wrestler to host a show (coughJerichowithDownfallcough), Rock could make this his show, just as he has WWE and almost any movie he's been in, including ____ and the Furious.
1. Wink Martindale- If he's still available and not retired, he needs to return as he's easily the best host this show's ever had and honestly could still do it.
Honorable Mention- Drew Carey. He's okay on Price, but to me adding comedic elements to TTD as long as its not overdone could help the show.
What do you guys think?
Let's also talk about what i would do to make TTD better:
Keep the gameplay as is but up the values. The main change would be the bonus game. Instead of hitting a certain amount, do what that one pricing game on PIR that resembles Tic tac toe does where you have to get a tic tac toe and you win the pot. Keep the dragon but for the love of God, keep it's mouth shut. The rapping dragon on TTD 90 was annoying as all get out. And retire the damn rapping dragon slayer. Put multiple dragons on the board to make things tougher.
Pot starts at 5000 and ups by 1000 every time it's not won.
That's my thoughts. Off to make another revival thread!
