Sorry to bump this but here's another one for you, Janos was on Body Language on Halloween 1985 and he might have continued to the Abby Dalton and Leonard Frey week. Anyhow, he later appeared on CBS Card Sharks in January 1987, in terms of tapings, his reign there was sandwiched between the 2 YPW, I wonder how he did on Body Language though but we know now that he was partnered with Jm J. Bullock on the November 1, 1985 episode and Debi was partnered with Leonard Frey on the November 4 episode.

Janos didn't win the game on the November 1st "Body Language" episode, and since that was his second loss, he didn't play the following week. However, he had a triumphant run on "Super Password" in the summer of 1988, winning all five games and racking up just under $35,000.
Janos also appeared on "Match Game" in 1990, but he didn't win his game.

So that means on the November 4 episode of Body Language, for Debi, if she won that episode, she'd be the 4th contestant overall to have retired undefeated winning all 6 episodes without a single loss. There was another male opponent that was partnered with Abby Dalton on that episode and I believe it was the 4th and final week of Bob Hilton filling in for the now-deceased Johnny Olson.

Debi did indeed win that Monday episode and retired with $14,200. So Debi joins in the decending order: Amy Webb Robbie: June 28; September 3-10(episodes #272; then #303-#307). Katie O'Neill: July 8-15(from the Teen Summertime period). Katy from May 13-20(was also the week when the Studio 33 seats are now red). Now, the male contestant who lost the November 4 episode went on to win 3 consecutive episodes before losing his second episode on November 8 when again partnered with Abby Dalton, so the November 8 episode had a male contestant and a different female contestant each having 1 loss against them. If Chuck Donegan is up to the task and upload 1, maybe 2 episodes from the Abby Dalton/Leonard Frey week, preferably the Wednesday and/or Friday episodes, then we'll know who the male contestant was.

Janos also appeared on "Match Game" in 1990, but he didn't win his game.
He was on episode 20, originally aired on August 10, 1990. His poor performance in the first "regular" Match Game and Match-Up Rounds (one match each) contributed to his loss.

When you said summer 1988 for Super Password, who were the celebrity guests during his reign?

His name was Michael Cedar. He was another one who later appeared on "Super Password," with Lydia Cornell and Joel Brooks. His successor, Lauren Curry, also was on SP later. She mostly played the game with Marsha Warfield and Marty Cohen.

Today's Buzzr PYL 10:30AM EST airing, episode 333 from 1/3/1985, had Eddy Valenciana(sp?), who in November 1980 lost to Donna Burke on Bullseye. Eddy won at least $4200 on Joker's Wild in 1979

Female Baseball player of the Rockford Peaches, Gene Visich, who won ten matches on Blockbusters in 1981 and then $5K on the finale in 1982, lost on Trebek J! on its seventh episode on 9/18/1984.

Same PYL that had former Indianapolis 500 starter Sam Schmidt as a contestant? 2nd of Sam's 3-day run. Sam would pass 4 spins to Eddy, effectively betting that Eddy couldn't fend off a 4th Whammy 4 times (which proved correct); their other opponent Julie having already been beset by them.

during "Teen Summer" (1985) on BODY LANGUAGE, there was a contestant named Katie, whom I call "Chipmunk Girl" bbased on the July 12, 1985 episode.
Was this her only game show appearance?
