Ratings dropped a good bit...397,000 for the airing. However, The Chase did catch - and pass - Minute to Win It (371K).

Is there also gonna be merchandise for The Chase being released as well? Because I'm a collector of game show merchandise and I would love to play The Chase on my Nintendo DS and also like a board game of The Chase too as well. With Christmas coming I can guarantee The Chase merchandise would be a top seller for Christmas, Kelsey

I got an answer on the negative amounts, by the way.
The Facebook page said that The Beast has not offered a negative amount yet, but that doesn't mean he won't.

Then in that case, probably won't see one this season, since it's all been taped already.

Okay, felt like it was time to make this the official thread. Stickied and added the label.

One thing I got to ask you Mandoli. Is The Chase rerun that's scheduled for tomorrow Tuesday's show {The Chase show for this week}. Or is tomorrow's The Chase rerun a repeat of the second episode? I need to know because I get up at 11AM because I sleep in on Saturdays and I simply would not like a double repeat of The Chase, Kelsey

Kelsey - I'd imagine they're rerunning Tuesday's episode.

I saw the third episode of The Chase today and I can say it is really addicting to watch and I got up extra early to see The Chase today and I found it shocking that the team {Aaron Christian and Moly} couldn't win the big prize and this was the second episode of The Chase that I have seen it happen and I was so surprised that Moly {The Mensa champion} was very smart but had a little trouble on the Cashbuilder and also Aaron had a tough time with the Cash Builder as well but still managed to beat The Beast and make it to the Final Chase. But let me tell you if I myself was on The Chase I would do pretty well and beat The Beast very good and get all the Final Chase questions right and my team would win the money. But all and all a good episode today, Kelsey, P.S. Thank you very much for answering my question TPIR Rules1972 you're a great friend

I had been holding out on commenting more on the show until I could see more outside of clips/promos. I just watched a full episode that GSN posted and I have to say, I am really impressed with this version of it.
Brooke Burns is a good host, Mark Labbett is as good as ever... also one of my favorite things about the show - the trivia element that has such a wide range of questions - is just as consistently good as it is on the UK version.
I know others have pointed this out elsewhere, and I admit I do miss the UK sound effects/theme music, but that's a really minor issue and it doesn't affect the game too much.
I wish we had more shows like this nowadays with a solid format than the ones that rely pretty much on flashiness and throwing out 6 and 7 figure money amounts.

So, week three. Adverts on GSN have mainly maintained that Mark is on a roll.

Well, a fantastic episode tonight.
Two solid contestants plus one not-so-good one. Unlike last week, the mediocre contestant was swallowed up by The Beast. It was a shame, because Jaime was fantastic in the cash builder, but then it derailed on her in front of Mark.
"I've been done in by hemorrhoids and hashtags." OMG. XD I couldn't believe The Beast missed that hashtag question though - he does have his own twitter after all! @marklabbett for those who don't know.
David and Derek were awesome contestants, even if the former back down to the low offer. Speaking of offers...
The Beast had some odd offers tonight. He only highballed Jaime to $50,000, but then upped Derek to $100,000, which he didn't choose - taking his cash builder of 25. But damn, did he roll through the questions.
The Final Chase - well done by the remaining duo. Rolling it up to 15 steps and some awesome teamwork as they split the correct answers. After watching Mark be more Mark than The Beast last week in the final round, I felt like they had a solid chance...
Then The Beast...
well...
He beasted.
In a US first - he didn't miss a single beat. He reeled off all 15 questions correctly in a mere 1:09. I don't think anyone was beating him tonight. What a roll...The Beast truly dazzled American viewers whom may not have been previously aware of his capabilities across the pond. $40,000 lost.
Brooke was solid tonight. She seemed well at ease with the question-reading in all the cash builders and Final Chase. A few moments that made me say meh during the first chases...but overall, great job by her.
A lot more "Beast" tonight, though some signs of Mark. He didn't really brag at the end after his clean sweep in the final, actually sounding a bit sympathetic to the contestants. He was also very humble after Derek escaped his clutches in that round.
Great show tonight, even if Mark stomped all over the team in the end.

I saw the fourth episode of The Chase today and I found it shocking that The Beast won the Final Chase today and that the two guys that competed in the Final Chase were great contestants but I found it surprising that The Beast caught up with them and managed to make the Final Chase his very own round. On the other hand I am so surprised that Jamie {The first contestant's correct name spelling not Jaime by the way} did pretty well but I got pretty upset when Jamie was not able to move on to the Final Chase and had she been able to move on I think the team would've won the money had Jamie not missed so much in the Cashbuilder round. But all and all a great episode with a historic milestone in The Chase's American history for the first all-male Final Chase in the show, Kelsey

When I was watching The Chase yesterday I discovered that The Beast has a brother and two nieces and it surprises me that Mark Labbett came from a real smart family and this was the first time on The Chase that I heard The Beast talked about his brother. Is Mark Labbett's brother also a Chaser on the British version of The Chase as well?

None of the other chasers on the UK version are related to Mark. The others are academic proof-reader (and on TV over there, semi-finalist on the show Are You an Egghead?) Anne Hegerty, stand up comedian & quiz champion Paul Sinha, and Shaun Wallace, lawyer & winner of the UK show Mastermind.
