You forgot the 1980 World Series Rematch week. And what about Tommy Hearns and his family Vs. Milton McCrory and his family? Was it also a week long special, too?

Thanks everyone, and thanks ivoryface86 . It appears Richard left out that World Series Week like I did. Though that's understandable, since it wasn't a regular thing to do special weeks for the Syndicated run until season 7 in 1983 (four for season 7 and four for season 8). By the way, Ian Wallis says these specials were reran in the eight weeks ABC had an additional slot for Family Feud at 11:00 a.m.: Saints Vs. Sinners I (November 08-12, 1982) TV's All Time Favorites (May 02-06; 09-13, 1983) Singing Sisters (October 24-28, 1983) Pretty sure Daytime Dynasties was also rerun, too.

Here are the other weeks I can think of to complete the 8-week 11am slot: Soap Stars and their Real Life Families (November 7-18, 1983; 83-201 to 83-210) Grand Ole Opry vs. Soap Opry (March 12-16, 1984; 84-031 to 84-035 if this week was rerun on July 12-18, 2002, We'll find out from Patrick Morgan of Game Show Favorites or Imad Khuri).

ABC did a double run of Feud in Summer 1984 in the weeks leading up to Trivia Trap's premiere(replacing the short-lived Love Report in Summer 1984), and I believe one of the half hours was celeb shows. It was indeed CELEBRITY FAMILY FEUD, and consisted entirely of reruns from the ABC archives. Some episodes on the DVD package come from the rerun and not the first run, in fact.

I have a question for some of you regarding the Saints vs. Sinners II from May 7-11, 1984. Did GSN ever rerun this week of episodes as part of their Celebrity Family Feud scheduling or been part of the regular schedule in 2002(w/GSN time compressions)? If they did, I wish Patrick Morgan had recorded that week in 2002.

I've been wondering that, too, and until Imad Khuri posted Feud Soaps Specials last February, I didn't know the first one debuted on GSN in 2000 as part of CFF. I always assumed it debuted in 2009 (w/GSN time compression).

ABC daytime celebrity episodes didn't have end of show fee plugs. I don't know what the difference was between the Summer 1984 Celeb Feud reruns and the original broadcasts, except there might have been 15 or 30 seconds less showtime in a half hour show between say, 1978 and 1984.

ivoryface86 who were the stars who played with their real-life families in May 1979? Also, why was it seven days long?

Susan Richardson(Eight is Enough) and Sal Viscuso(Soap) were the celebs who played with their real life families in 1979, as per Chuck Donegan's tape trading list. Dawson referenced Sal's Pyramid playing on one episode of that week.

I also wonder what were the production codes for the Singing Families Special (October 1983) and Miss Americas Special (January 1984)?
I know that for the TV's All-Time Favorites, they were 83-081 to 83-090.

I know that for the TV's All-Time Favorites, they were 83-081 to 83-090. 83-186 to 83-190 for the Singing Feud. For the week with the Miss Americas, I'd say 83-241 to 83-245. I think Vanessa Williams was on that week, but Patrick Morgan or Imad Khuri may inform me on that.

ivoryface86 who were the stars who played with their real-life families in May 1979? Also, why was it seven days long? Because there were 2 sets of the Best 2 out of 3 and both sets went to 3 episodes. Norman Fell and Susan Richardson competed in the first set and Dick Van Patten and Sal Viscuso competed in the second set. This tournament and the Dick Martin episode from November 20, 1978 is what caused some March/April 1982 daytime episodes that were shown in December 2002 to skip.

Vanessa Williams was not on that week, instead it was Debbie Maffett, who appeared on the 1st Perfect 10s Special in February 1983. Sharlene Wells appeared on American Beauty Queens week in 1984 (Syndicated).

The way I can tell is Gene Wood saying "The following is an encore presentation of FAMILY FEUD" before the episode begins.
The GILLIGAN'S ISLAND vs. HAWAIIAN EYE on DVD has the slate with a disclaimer saying "Encore Presentation" as well
