I really hope they aren't stopping the 1983 Family Feud fresh run. We'll never get to 1984 at this rate It looks like they're completed this batch of '83 FEUD for now. It was a considerably larger batch of eps this time around...I'm sure it'll be back again soon! Don't forget about Temptation, fresh episodes begin on March 9 with #082 from December 14, 2007. As far as NBC Card Sharks is concerned, it leap frogs to March 1980 already. I don't think the May 1980 episodes have recycled yet when it was yanked off the Buzzr schedule last year. BTW Ryan Gagne, do you have access to #526 of Card Sharks from May 6, 1980? We're not sure if that episode is considered lost media now since it was rerun on GSN before but you said it wasn't rerun in 2008 according to the PDF schedule.

Buzzr and this inconsistent fresh schedule. Next poll, we should suggest all shows aired this summer be fresh... EVERYDAY!

Are the two 2000 episodes of To Tell the Truth on March 10 new? Don't think I've seen them before.

I am going backwards on the schedules and trying to find out when Buzzr had finished the last fresh episodes of Temptation. Has it really been over a year?

I am going backwards on the schedules and trying to find out when Buzzr had finished the last fresh episodes of Temptation. Has it really been over a year? The last fresh episode on a regular rotation was #081, back in 2019, but Buzzr also reran the 2 Sneak Preview episodes along the way as well as the February 8, 2008 episode during the Thanksgiving marathon a few years back.

Buzzr and this inconsistent fresh schedule. Next poll, we should suggest all shows aired this summer be fresh... EVERYDAY! I’d approve of that idea for both existing shows and including the “burning off” of some programs that were on the schedule before but somehow forgotten and not completed. The shows with Jack Narz as the host are a good example

I apologize for this but the last thing I want to ask. Has Supermarket Sweep been pulled off of Buzzr's schedule before as it isn't airing at all and hasn't been on the schedule since the fall

The Arlene Francis episodes of THE PRICE RIGHT they're airing are numbered as 61-014, 015, 016, 001, from four weeks in a row 1/11, 1/18, 1/25 and 2/1/61. They're numbered that way because Buzzr numbers them in the order they convert them, and they did the last episode first, went through the year, and then doubled back as part of an additional batch.
From my notes, the 61-015 and 61-001 shows are the same, they converted it twice, and that the episode (based on continuity) is actually Jan 18. This is a long way of saying that unless they fixed this and converted a new episode (which I doubt), Buzzr will air the same episode twice in this block.

I have a question. How does the cost come into effect for Buzzr when they are converting and adding new episodes. The only reason I ask is because I am not familiar in any way with how it works. Thank you.

Thank you. Good question There's some sort of licensing or residual payment at least with some shows. I asked a Buzzr contact once (and no, I'm not going to bug them with questions) about episodes they were running of Sale of the Century and they mentioned something about only showing "non-expired" shows. There's also the man hours of converting tapes to digital (which has to be done in real time), screening them for content or quality issues, making any necessary edits, timing out where the ad breaks go so the master control facility can place them in the right spots, and closed captioning them.

BLACK HISTORY MONTH MARATHONS (Listed As Is)Saturday 2/2410:00pm - Match Game 91 - #0199 (FRESH) This episode fresh on BUZZR is notable in that the only version of this episode I have seen, on our own Match Game Production's YT channel from a GSN airing, is missing the first match-up round. I am hoping this airing is complete. I am happy to report that BUZZR aired the complete episode, including the previously "missing" first Match-Up round.
