It was 2019, and the original CBS series had at least three Whammy losses in excess of $30,000, so I have no idea why that marathon from five years ago said it was the biggest losses ever. It wasn't.

1050-1053 of Super Password was the first four episodes of the 1988 Halloween week and another week Pat Sajak played on the show Hopefully they'll also show #1054. Do you think they'll do that too?

It's possible this isn't just a weekend marathon, but a daily marathon that will go through Halloween. I believe that's what they did last year.

Regarding Eubanks Card Sharks, I don't recall Buzzr airing any episodes from September 1987, unless they started airing recently and I haven't been in the loop lately.
Is it just me, or has Buzzr taken a big jump from August 1987 to early October 1987 in terms of fresh episodes of Eubanks' Card Sharks?

Buzzr has indeed aired the month of September 1987. The first week of that month had YPW contestants playing

Buzzr should've done a better job of selecting a stash of Halloween-themed episodes than what's seen in the promo. Hopefully the event would also include #1054 of Super Password(that episode wasn't rerun at all either), and any Concentration Trick or Treat week that Buzzr previously skipped, like the episodes that had the Monster Mash theme song than the 2 we already have, 1 of which came from a United Kingdom airing with all the prizes won cut out by the UK channel and only kept the total prize value part and the UK rerun airings were only 18 minutes in duration.

BUZZR TRIVIA MOMENT... Is SPLIT SECOND the only half hour show that only has THREE commercial breaks (on BUZZR)? They INSERT an extra commercial stop in TO TELL THE TRUTH (often before first vote) and WHAT'S MY LINE? (often after first job reveal or a Who's Who). Sometimes coming back for only 50 seconds of show, then back to ads again. Seems everything went to 4 breaks around the mid-70s (roughly?) but these shows, started in 68/69, didn't get modified. You can fit 8mins of ads into three breaks, don't understand exactly the need to do this, just an observation I wanted to blabber about for a moment.

All New LMAD and 70s syndicated LMAD had three commercial breaks, ditto Narz Concentration, 2007 Temptation and 90s Newlywed Game. Ditto MGPM, Mg daily syndicated, and Dawson syndicated Feud(when they air those)

The week of Oct 28 is up. I didn't do a deep dive into what it gives us, but the Halloween stuff continues daily through 10/31.

How is it that a flop like Temptation gets THREE timeslots, but popular shows like Password Plus are Supermarket Sweep are stuck forever? Pretty sad and embarrassing.

How is it that a flop like Temptation gets THREE timeslots, but popular shows like Password Plus are Supermarket Sweep are stuck forever? Pretty sad and embarrassing. In addition, Body Language, Blockbusters are also stuck, even NBC Card Sharks gets switched over to CBS Card Sharks without any refreshings for NBC Card Sharks. We're still praying for Buzzr to rerun the last 3 episodes of the first Double Your $$ Week from the first PAX revival season of Supermarket Sweep though, maybe during the Black Friday Marathon maybe. And Buzzr is still in hand-picked episodes mode for Color What's My Line and yet they still revert back to #157-1. If Buzzr starts refreshing episodes of Color What's My Line, hope they do keep the panel intros and the Who's Who prize plug intact, with them, the duration is 20-21 minutes long, with Buzzr editing them both out, the duration is even shorter to only 19 minutes. The Who's Who game debuted around the neighborhood of Bennett Cerf's obituary.
