Need Frank Jones, Marc Enyedy, and James Greek to check in.
This is it, the final episode of $ale on NBC. The last hurrah before we economize, move to Fox (and Connecticut). We've got some great things in store.

Greg: (VO) It started on September 29th, 1969 on NBC. (footage from surviving episodes) And then, in 1980, it became a legend in Australia. (montage of clips from the Australian version, courtesy of Fremantle) In the meantime, it became a legend all its own in America. (montage of clips from the Jim Perry version, courtesy of Fremantle and NBC) It remained a memory for years, until it was brought back seven years ago by... well, me. (footage from the last 101 episodes) And now, after 53 years.... $ale says goodbye to NBC in the biggest way possible. (Greg appears on camera) Greg: Tonight, we'll be giving away ten million dollars in cash and prizes, with the lion's share going toward our champion of champions for the year 2022. Plus, the biggest Instant Bargain we've ever offered. It's all happening tonight as we give NBC the bird on... Steve: This is the finals....of the 7th Annual $ale of the Century Tournament of Champions.... Our three finalists for this tournament are Frank Jones....Marc Enyedy....and James Greek! These contestants play the second of a two-game total point affair, for the supreme honor...To become the Grand Champion of Champions!
*Music pipes in* At the end of the Rainbow is a fortune in cash and prizes including....A Margaritaville Dream Home....
This Luxury Recreational Vehicle,
and over $5,000,000 in Cash!
In total... $6,500,000 in cash and prizes as we conclude the finals of our Tournament of Champions!
TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS
Tonight on....
And now, from the EPCOT Center at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, here is the star of our show... GREG PALMER!!!(Greg runs through the doors and to his lectern; he is wearing an NBC-colored zip-up tie) Greg: Thank you, Steve Anderson! Folks, you should see what Steve is wearing tonight! (Steve's wearing an NBC-colored jacket, he turns around and shows the camera the back, audience cheers) Alright. A veritable coat of many colors. Anyway, good evening, ladies and gentlemen, this is it! This is not only the conclusion of our Tournament of Champions, this is also the end of an era. But first, let's welcome in Stacey Wren! (Stacey walks in to cheers and applause wearing a peacock-inspired dress; she joins me at the lectern) Stacey: Well, g'day.Greg: G'day yourself. What are you supposed to be? Stacey: The NBC peacock.Greg: Stace, the peacock is a male. You'd be a peahen. Stacey: Ohhhhh.... well excuse me. In your country, you've got an eye, letters, and a peacock. In my country, it's all numbers. I could have come out wearing a giant nine.Greg: Now that would be an inside joke. Well, you won't have to worry about that when we move to another network. Yes, this is our last show on NBC. Now, the reasons we're moving are simple. My values, especially those of a political nature, reportedly do not align with the network. Our values reportedly do not align with The Walt Disney Company, either, so we'll also be co-produced by Fox. We'll be on starting at the same time, 7:30, 6:30 Central on most Fox stations. Now, Steve Anderson, would you please introduce our three finalists again?

[TOURNAMENT INTRODUCTION THEME](models escort them to their seats) Steve: (VO) Now entering the studio for the deciding game are our three finalists. Our current $uper $ale champion from Cape Coral, Florida; Marc Enyedy, who ended the last game with a score of $110.
The highest non-Lot winning champion, from Elba, Alabama; James Greek, who finished Game #1 with a score of $120.
And our qualifier with the lowest total, from Okay, Oklahoma; Frank Jones, who finished his match with $20.
There they are, Greg!
(audience cheers) Greg: Thank you, Steve. Gentlemen, welcome to the second game of this match. You've arrived on a most momentous evening. Not only is this the deciding match in our Tournament of Champions, it is the very last game of $ale to ever be played on the NBC Television Network. Do any of you wish to say anything on this momentous occasion?

this is also the last game taped at Disney World and Orlando. As someone who has lived and visited Orlando for years because my father lived there for years and as someone who still has family in the area and they are with me tonight... I hope to add this to my book of Orlando memories. Orlando has always been home to me and I want to make both Orlando and the little town of Elba, Alabama proud!

[INSTANT BARGAIN]And that means James, who is $10 ahead gets the first crack at our Instant Bargain. Audience, let's see if you're paying attention. Explain it to me. Audience: (more or less in unison) Players in the lead can buy bargain merchandise, and a $ale $urprise could come up at any time.Greg: That's right. Give yourselves a round of applause. (they do) And here comes the lovely Stacey with the first item up for sale. (the lights dim as Stacey comes out wearing....) [TPIR 1983 Jewelry Cue]Steve: (VO) It's a new bracelet.(shot of James, wipe to the bracelet) One of the Maison’s signature pieces, the Force 10 bracelet was created in 1966 and reflects contemporary fashion as much as and the maritime and sporting influences behind its inception. Yours with a gift certificate from Fred Joallier. Normally priced at $10,800....
it can be yours for $5 on $ale of the Century!
(audience cheers as the lights come up, and Stacey shows the ring more closely to James) Greg: And you can see more of that kind of action on The Price is Right, which will continue to tape at Universal Studios Florida. James, what do you think about the bracelet?

It is beautiful but I do not have anyone to give it to. My ex Vickie and I broke up three years ago and my mom and grandmother both have passed on so....

Hey, didn't you mention you had an aunt? Why not give it to her? Unless, of course, you're not on good terms with her.

Excellent. I'm sure she'd appreciate a close to $11,000 bracelet, especially when you'd still have a one-question lead.
