I'm on a mobile device. If I remember right reading the PDF's, we get the 1986 Halloween Super Password episode. Just checked the PDFs for October 31, and it turns out that it's regular episodes of Super Password on that day. From December 2, 1986 and September 2, 1986 respectively, to be exact. But, on the up side, I did discover, further down that same page, that in the "N/R" section, the 1:30 PM ET airing of O'Hurley's Feud has an "N" by it. It's Ep. FF09-65, if I recall. I wonder if that could be the Halloween 2009 episode? Wouldn't surprise me if it is.

This morning the Game Show Network broadcast an advertisement for their plan to broadcast certain editions of game shows with themes suitable for Halloween (there were clips from the current syndicated version of "Family Feud", "Super Password", "Whammy! The All New Press Your Luck", and the Game Show Network's version of "The Newlywed Game") before broadcasting the Halloween edition of "Whammy" at 9:00 a.m. (Central time) since the announcer for the advertisement referred to it near the end (he called it "Press Your Luck").

Does anyone know what game show GSN will have a marathon for during Thanksgiving? I'm curious to know, Kelsey

My guess, Family Feud with Steve Harvey as well. Well, as per the GSN schedule PDF's, we are indeed getting Harvey Feud from 2-8 PM on Thanksgiving. But before that, we get an hour each of celebrity episodes from every previous Feud host. While I'm not exactly a fan of Louie Anderson or Al Roker's versions, it will be interesting to see them air for the first time on GSN. Plus, I can't complain about Dawson getting GSN exposure for the first time since April, and Combs for the first time in several years. Also, as a clever tie-in with all the shopping madness, we will be getting a marathon of $ale of the Century on Black Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM. And the episodes will be new to GSN; specifically, the first eight episodes of the 1985-86 syndicated version. For those of you who were turned off by the "Winner's Big Money Game" bonus round in the episodes GSN has been airing, you might want to give these episodes a chance. Hopefully this version will eventually find its way to the regular schedule, but in the meantime it will be great to get a taste of it.

Some of the celebrity episodes of Louie FF are pretty much the only episodes of that era I'd ever want to see so I can't complain in that regard.
And fresh episodes of $ale, even for one day sounds like fun. I think this is a good sign they might switch over soon on a regular basis. It shows that they have faith in it. Man, I've really grown to love that show and I partially contribute the interest to GSN bringing back the reruns for the first time in years. I hope they get around to airing the Christmas episodes from 1988 too; for one reason being that I'd like to see the end of Chip Esten's run.

A Family Feud Marathon on Thanksgiving? Doesn't GSN have anything else to show a marathon on Thanksgiving like Press Your Luck or Deal Or No Deal rather than Family Feud? As much I know Family Feud is GSN's pride and joy they really should cut down on Family Feud and they should have at least a marathon of Wheel Of Fortune Monty Hall's Let's Make A Deal or 1 Vs 100 to honor it's return to GSN for Thanksgiving at least. I mean I would even love a Catch 21 Marathon on Thanksgiving too but if this Family Feud obsession continues a lot of GSN fans will be sick with an illness of Family FeudItis. Why doesn't GSN have any great marathons of good game shows rather than have a marathon of just one show?, Kelsey

Louie, Combs and Roker? It's Turkey Day I do like seeing Dawson temporarily back. Looks like we get to see Sammy Davis Jr. Host, and part of the Game Show Hosts Special. For Combs, looks like an Opryland episode from the Bullseye era. Syndicated $ale? I almost wet my pants when I saw that. Love the earlier ones with the Original theme. I prefer Winner's Board, but I can live with the Shopping era. Also couple other notes. Match Game will roll into 1977 that week, and the Password Plus finale will air on Saturday the 30th.

Relating to Password Plus, the finale airs on the 30th, but the next day, on December 1st, they're not reverting back to the Pat Sajak/Betty White week, but instead, they'll be replaying an episode that very recently aired with Edie McClurg and Gene Rayburn as the celebrities. This almost pales in comparison as to when the Child's Play finale aired on Saturday, March 28, 2009, and the next day, airing an episode from the middle of the run, and the next day GSN loses the rights to such show. I wonder if this is an indicator that GSN may be dropping Password Plus after December 1st? I wonder if there may be some changes coming in December - dare I hope?

My guess? A full December 25th of Harvey's Feud.
I am hoping for an all-day marathon of Press Your Luck to commemorate the show's 30th anniversary this year, though it's just wishful thinking on my part.

I have no idea. We did get Match Game last year and Dawson Feud the year before. Harvey will definitely get a day, but probably Christmas Eve or Boxing Day

Harvey already has Thanksgiving from 2pm-8pm and Black Friday from 12pm-12am...how much more does he need? Plus his ratings on GSN have been stepping back recently.
