Let's go way back. You Bet Your Life. You'd think that Groucho could sneak onto those Christmas B&W weeks one of these years.
By the way, I always thought You Bet Your Life would be a natural for Turner Classic Movies, especially mixed in with Marx Brothers pictures. But the fans would probably scream bloody murder. "What are you doing with some game show instead of our beloved classics???"
Hm, sounds like game show fans on the Internet...
Funny thing is that GSN has shown Two for the Money, the G-T knockoff of You Bet Your Life. But they've never shown Groucho's original.

"Who even controls the rights to YBYL?"
Wikipedia (usual caveats) says most episodes are now public domain. I've heard that from other sources, too. But I'm not a copyright lawyer and I don't play one on game show boards.

I do know that PBS has aired reruns of the series over the years. Also a local station somewhere in Chesapeake, Virginia ran it years ago too. I got a couple bonus episodes from trades years ago, that seems to be where they were broadcast.

isnt Celebrity Sweepstakes gone? For me, its the original American Gladiators and maybe some of the Nick shows, if Nickelodeon would let GSN air them

isnt Celebrity Sweepstakes gone? The status is basically unknown since it belongs to Burt Sugarman, but the syndicated run has a very decent chance of having survived as compared to the daytime run, since syndicated games had long stopped being wiped by the time it started airing.

Nice to see so many High Rollers suggestions. I also would like to see any version of Name That Tune and Scrabble.

I'll add my vote for Supermarket Sweep. Loved, loved, loved the show growing up and still watch it on YouTube.

Two that come to mind are Three on a Match and the Who What & Where Game (remade in the early 90's as The Challengers)
