That's 2:00am Eastern Time. I'd like to say I'll like this change, but I'm never up that late anyways. I guess if I have insomnia I'll watch it.

Did anyone record 25k pyramid today? My guide was an hour off and I missed today's airings.

They showed the final two days of BW/Tackleberry.
Unfortunately, I had to miss due to a required work meeting.
Try "Retro Pyramid Gazette" on Yahoo Groups for the highlights (?) of the two shows you missed.

Brendan's "Retro Pyramid Gazette" are a treasure trove. It's just a shame that he never did any recaps of any 1984 shows. He has them from January 1985 to September 1987.

Yeah, I have them recorded long ago on DVD, I was just wanting to upgrade the quality of my recordings.

Looks like GSN is skipping one of the 25K Pyramid Mandan/Worley episodes this week. My best guess is it'll be #905, the Friday episode.

That begs the question. Assuming GSN will be going in consecutive order for this lease and for the next one, how are they gonna show any episodes from April-October 1987 (sans September 21-25) that have yet to be played, including the remainder of the run that have been played before? They'd be five episodes short of 200.
Nothing about GSN makes any sense. No 1984 episodes, and no episodes from the last two months of 1983 and the first four months of 1985. But herein lies the problem: This version didn't have seasons like its Syndicated counterpart; it aired continuously all year long with an occasional preemption, like most daytime game shows back in the day. There were weeks that were rerun in 1987 due to Iran-Contra as well as Christmas 1986 being rerun in 1987, and Blackout took its place from January-April 1988, but that's about it.

I think, based on past history, GSN tends to give us what we want in terms of programming when we least expect it. I think one user mentioned this idea on the defunct GSN boards late in the 2000s.
