PDFs are in for 31 March - 6 April...no changes. Wow. Hopefully something will switch up later in the year then.

So much for our one year theory.
Maybe in GSN's eyes, they may be reading posts on any forum and noticing that we see a pattern with the leases, and maybe GSN is intentionally going off our patterns and maybe they will pick up something different (episodes or different shows) when we least expect it. Just like they did with $ale of the Century last November - the duration of the lease for the NBC episodes was an unusual number of months. We didn't see that coming. GSN probably intends to update the schedule, but they are probably going to do it during a time that we least expect it. After all, surprises are good.
That said, I think we should probably give up on the schedule predictions for a while. Every time an anniversary comes up, we tend to have the same kind of speculation happening, and the folks at GSN may think we're trying to crack the code. I think we should let any future schedule changes be a surprise to us from now on.
Then again, there is no sign of the 2012-13 season of Harvey's Feud yet either. Maybe it's a money thing, but we'll never know.

Well, I highly doubt The Dating Game will fly on GSN's schedule in this day and age. It probably did better in the 1990s, but likely won't now. The marathon is just to pay tribute to its host who left us last week. I don't think the ratings will do that well this Wednesday morning, especially since some of the episodes are from the 60s - almost 50 years ago - and the generation that grew up with shows before the era of Match Game are getting up there in age, and some of that generation is already dead now. The ratings for a weekday morning are better off with the current schedule at this moment. I bet the ratings will rebound on Thursday. As for this week, I had intended to record Tuesday's and Thursday's airings of $ale of the Century and two episodes of The Dating Game this coming Wednesday (the ones with Michael Jackson and Casey Kasem), but with the uncertainty of the possibility of rolling blackouts since the cold wave has returned and will be prevalent where I live for the next three days, I feel as if I have no choice other than to suspend recording game shows until at least Friday. For the $ale of the Century episodes that I had intended to record on Tuesday and Thursday, I will wait until the third cycle (likely in June) to record them. I certainly hope someone can upload the Michael Jackson and Casey Kasem appearances of The Dating Game to the Internet after they have aired. I'll record that episode of The Dating Game and post it to YouTube for you. My YouTube name is pyramidfan90 by the way. I did take a chance, and successfully recorded the episodes I wanted. You can still upload it if you want, for the sake of those who never got to see it.

Well, we got treats towards the end of the year, and even before that with Blockbusters, Press Your Luck, Shop Til You Drop, doesn't surprise me too much. I will hope for something later in the year though.
To CardShark up there. it's WAAAAAY unlikely GSN is checking any forum, noticing we notice a pattern. Yeah, I notice a pattern. We've gotten some nice, new treats over the past year, towards the end of last year to.
GSN doesn't have time to check forums all day. Whether it's the Program Director, or the CEO. They're not paying someone just to be on the internet all day. Maybe GSN Games is, but I doubt GSNTV.
Come on, they give us new episodes, and new shows on their time, not ours.

I've got all the Blockbusters recorded from this lease, as well as PYL. Aside from a few mishaps, this Match Game lease as well. I too am hoping for a new refresh of leases in April.

GSN leased the final 65 episodes of Cullen's run, much like how they have the final 65 of PW+. They started the limited run of Blockbusters at #312, and went right to the finale, #372. Taking one skipped episode into consideration, they actually have the rights to 60 episodes, not 65. And for Password Plus, they have the rights to the last 66 airable episodes, which does not include Christmas week 1981 that GSN normally skips, and any other episodes that are normally skipped.

I'm just saying - I don't much want to see Bill Raffertys version anytime soon. If GSN gets more eps in the future, I want more Bill.

I thought that tomorrow GSN was gonna start showing the syndicated Deal Or No Deal but when I checked my Direct TV schedule for Wednesday I found nothing but the prime-time version of Deal Or No Deal but no syndicated version of Deal Or No Deal at noon. When will they actually start showing it and if GSN was gonna start showing the syndicated Deal Or No Deal they would've at least announced it on previews. But still it would've have been nice to add to my routine, Kelsey

I am delighted to tell everyone here that the syndicated Deal Or No Deal will make it's official GSN debut starting with two episodes back to back at 12:00PM-12:30PM starting Teachers Week and I'm so happy that this show came back to GSN because I fell in love with the syndicated version of Deal Or No Deal when I saw it during a business trip with Dad and I thought it was cool and so seeing this show on GSN's schedule makes me very happy, Don't forget to mark your calendars for tomorrow when syndicated Deal Or No Deal returns to GSN, Kelsey

Beginning Monday March 17: • Carrie Ann Inaba's 1 vs. 100 returns at Noon replacing the first airing of Woolery Lingo. Chuck is still at 12:30pm •Bob Saget's version gets the 5:00pm hour replacing the failing Shop Til You Drop. Ugh. I hated Carrie Ann's version. Plus, I was hoping for the season 2 Woolery shows. Oh well, it'll just take longer As for 5:00pm, at least Bob's version picks up some slots.

And I thought Shop Til You Drop was doing greatly in ratings? Maybe it did better in an earlier time slot, but maybe it's not doing well in the 6:30 PM ET slot.
And Carrie Ann's 1 vs 100 returning... what is the network thinking?
Then again, I think Carrie Ann's 1 vs. 100 is probably just a placeholder for the time being. It won't last, trust me. Seriously, if they really are desperate for ratings, why not John O'Hurley's Family Feud? I am also certain that Richard Karn's Family Feud would be a good fit too.
Speaking of Karn's Feud, is it just me, or has GSN lost the rights to the pre-2005/06 episodes of Karn's Feud? It seems as if all I see in terms of Karn's Feud now is just 2005/06 season. I also don't seem to see the 2006/07 season of O'Hurley's Feud anymore - has GSN lost the rights to that too?

Hi again. Yes I'm an idiot.
Engvall Lingo gets the 12:30pm slot. Not Woolery.
But on Thursday May 1st, Woolery returns to the Noon hour.

I'm glad that the original 1 vs. 100 is still getting some exposure.
