Looks like week after next, they're going to repeat the first week of classics. Maybe they'll get them in the right aspect ratio this time.
12/19 is the first night with the panel shows. WML is a Wally Bruner episode with Robert Clary as the mystery guest. IGAS is 3/30/60 with Janis Paige.

I wonder if IGAS will have an episode with Bob McGrath or will that be next year

Considering that GSN didn't hesitate to air Carroll Spinney's episode of WML? a very short time after his death in December 2020, anything is possible.
Then again, "Sesame Street" debuted in 1969, and I am not sure if IGaS was canceled before "Sesame Street" launched. I don't recall IGaS airing in the 1970s.
It happens to be tradition that GSN airs classic WML? and IGaS during late December as a tribute to some notable people who were guests on those shows, who died during the previous 52 weeks. If there are fewer than 20 guests on those shows combined who passed away this past year, they'd probably air random episode with celebrities who are still alive and/or is already deceased as a filler. I can see why Betty White is on one of the first of this year's airings - she died earlier in the 52-week period.

The original IGAS ran from 1952-1967, with a weekly Syndicated revival in Prime Access in 1972-1973, and a four week CBS Primetime Series in the Summer of 1976.

His secret was that he was famous in Japan for singing Irish folk songs. Night four has a Bruner WML? with Rich Little as the mystery guest and the 9/9/63 IGAS with Phil Silvers.

Plus IGAS revived in cable network forms, first on Oxygen in 2000, which also was the last version to feature any members from the first 2 incarnations appearing and on GSN in 2006. Oddly enough, Leah Remini was supposed to be apart of the Oxygen run.

It really does amount to why bother. It’s not much better than watching these eps on YouTube. Yeah, I'm sort of at that point too. A very nice gesture on GSN's part, for sure, but these shows are seen so often on BUZZR (save for Dawson Feud) that it really makes you wonder why they wouldn't opt for some of the old Sony shows which haven't been seen on TV in ages. Especially considering GSN is owned by Sony. Looks like "Super Password" and "Press Your Luck" are back in the first hour for the week of Dec. 19th.

They could be re-aired to fix the aspect ratio issues.
