I wonder if the "Press Your Luck" episodes could be the full Christmas week from 1983?

The whole week's classics are repeats of the ones from the first week, so hopefully they'll fix the aspect ratio issues they had the first time.

Thanks I updated my post (which originally had 113/114).

My mistake in trying to figure out which episodes these were was that Alan Stoneman and Sharon Bowler tied on 113, but finished their match on 114. And it obviously makes more sense that GSN is running MG 73 from Dec. 24 and 25.

Well, also, when put an Original from an afternoon time slot to airing new first run episodes in the morning time slot and it's not a children's game show can come back to haunt the show and can cause the show to be yanked off the schedule again. The first season of Get a Clue had 4 members of each team but the second season had only 3 members but the gameplay tweaked so it allowed the team to choose a category of their choice but moved to the morning time slot in the middle of airing new episodes. The first season of Tug of Words stayed put in its afternoon time slot throughout the season, but this season, being forced to move to the morning time slot with new episodes airing in the morning, just doesn't work with new Originals. I hope Catch 21 gives back the 8am time slot but GSN could be giving Catch 21 the boot after nearly 15 years of being part of the lineup without ever leaving the schedule altogether.

The 2-hour classic block -- and Tug of Words' afternoon slot -- do both appear to be gone.  GSN's site shows the updated schedule (Tug of Words at 7 a.m., Match Game back in its regular slot) every day starting next Monday.  What I'm still amazed by is the fact that "Match Game" has kept its 1 PM slot for years, but the other oldies got banished in less than a month.  Are the ratings really THAT much higher for "Match Game" vs. ""Password Plus", Dawson "Feud", "Press Your Luck" or "Card Sharks" from the same era?

Seems like the last few years, they've been mixing in the color versions about half-and-half with the black and white.  

And The Chase is gone too, oh no, considering only 51 episodes were produced over the 4 seasons and been put on weekdays where it should've been airing on weekends.
