And on Friday, 4/7, they're showing one half hour Millionaire followed by a 90 minute Deal or No Deal. So it looks like they're willing to make adjustments to the schedule to keep the Millionaire episodes in order. Considering some of the November 1999 episodes of Millionaire were 30 minutes, which is where they are starting off at, it makes some sense

Other than the November 19, 1999 episode, the only other 30 minute episode that was ever rerun on GSN was the one where Ed Toutant won $1,860,000 after his faulty $16,000 question, and was the only episode without a Fastest Finger round.

It's kinda scary when my cable provided doesn't list Millionaire on the TV Guide on GSN. Was planning to DVR it for me and my dad to watch it.

It really is great that Regis's "Millionaire" is back on GSN after nearly 12 years. If I recall, the last time Regis's version was on GSN's schedule was during a "Farewell Regis" marathon around Thanksgiving one year in the early 2000s.
This was the very show that drew me back to ABC as a regular viewer since the network cancelled "The Monchhichis/Little Rascals/Richie Rich Show" in 1984. It's too bad I cannot watch it on my days off due to TPIR being top priority for me (and Millionaire is competing against TPIR in that same time slot). I could try to record it, as I do have plenty of blank DVDs, but I am not certain if GSN blocks recordings of their programming on DVD recorders (I know CBS and GameTV does), as I haven't recorded anything from GSN since Christmas 2017. Worst case scenario, I may have to hope that episodes get uploaded somewhere.
It wouldn't surprise me if GSN leased enough episodes to air any million dollar winners from 1999 and 2000 to start. They may acquire 2000-2001 episodes in the distant future, or they may be included in this package. Who knows.
I certainly hope they bring back "Super Millionaire" too.
Also, what was the original airdate in which Ed Toutant returned due to a faulty question? Was Ed the only million-dollar winner on Regis's version in 2002?

Happy that GSN brought back Regis' version, I watched some this morning. I grew up watching Regis' Millionaire when I first started getting interested in game shows and watching the game show network, that was back when GSN was really good in my opinion but I like some of the originals GSN has now.

I noticed that John Carpenter appeared on the list of potential contestants at the end of today's rebroadcast of Millionaire. This means that John Carpenter's run starts tomorrow.

And if you're recording/watching tomorrow, a heads up - they're running both of his episodes, which means Millionaire will be on from 11am to 12:30pm Eastern. Afterward, they're showing a 90 minute Deal or No Deal, which means Match Game is preempted just for tomorrow.

Darn, I missed that. I've seen it many times before, but still enjoy it. I don't remember GSN airing Carpenter's episodes as part of their rotation before when they had the rights years ago, I remember them airing his episodes on special occasions though, it was almost like a treat when GSN aired them years ago from what I can recall. Of course that was a different time, different people were running GSN back then compared to now. If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me, I just don't remember GSN airing John Carpenter's episodes years ago when they aired Millionaire.
