Oh Wow Tyler so Catch 21 is here to stay after all at 11am on GSN? Oh well so much for my Hollywood Squares practice but I am so happy that Catch 21 is here to stay,

I viewed the official online schedule at GSN.com - no sign of Hollywood Squares anywhere on the schedule. I don't know where the idea of Hollywood Squares coming back to GSN came from. If it were to come back, I'd be quite shocked, seeing it received not-so-great ratings when GSN aired it from 2009 to 2011 (and it aired on weekend mornings only - in the slot that is currently devoted to Password Plus - for the latter months of its existence on GSN). And it turns out that Password Plus will be the only pre-2000 show airing on weekends for a while to come. Terrible. |

If you checked out the PDFs on Casey's blog, can you confirm for me if these are different episodes that will be airing this year for the two weeks starting December 16?
I'm just not sure, myself. I would just like to ask if somebody can confirm, because I'm just wondering.

I noticed the next episode of Sale of the Century that was supposed to air on GSN today was skipped. Does anybody know how Ron, the champion, did?

While the subject of this thread is "Syndie $ale Lease", I will inform you folks that GSN apparently didn't lease just 50 episodes of Syndicated $ale. According to the PDFs for Friday, January 31, GSN has Ep. S-053 scheduled to air. I am not sure if there were 3 episodes skipped up to that point, but there definitely has been at least one skipped episode thus far.

Regarding Shop 'Til You Drop, GSN will air Ep. 080 on Friday, January 24 (even though, oddly enough, the PDF for that week has not been posted yet as of this post), but after that, they will be airing - oddly enough - Ep. 8001. What I wonder is, what season could this be from? Could it be a later season from the original run? Time will tell.

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting on the forum, and i've got some schedule news. First, ''Deal or No Deal'' is returning to GSN in the 3 PM hour weekdays, replacing 'Chain Reaction''. ''Deal'' is starting from season 4, episode 1. Also, ''Shop 'til You Drop'' is expanding, and will air from 4 PM to 6 PM, replacing Karn ''Feud'' at 5 & 5:30 PM. ''Shop'' starts it's 5 PM hour cycle with the first episode GSN picked up. If you'd like to see the new schedule for yourself, here's the PDF files from Game show follies. |

GSN's replacing Chain Reaction...that one is a headscratcher. It's been pulling the highest ratings on weekday daytime.

Oh my gosh you mean Deal Or No Deal is coming back to GSN and replacing Catch 21 on January 20th? Sounds interesting because finally something new to see in my morning routine and best of all I get to see Howie Mandel every morning because I LOVED the Deal Or No Deal marathon Christmas Eve and so hands down this is the best day in my life,

Deal or No Deal... a show I don't really care about anymore... replacing CR; another show (well, this version at least) I don't really care about. Meh. It's got a fanbase and delivers ratings though, so I see why they'd want it back.
STYD doing well as this is a good sign though. I hope this encourages GSN to go further outside the box a bit and get other classic and no-longer aired favorites.
