I learned yesterday that, now that the 2002 episodes of Millionaire have started to be rebroadcast yesterday (though a few 2001 episodes with regular contestants have yet to air), the Olympic athletes edition from January 2002 are supposedly skipped. There is also speculation that the Stars of Aaron Spelling Productions may likely be skipped too - GSN did air it in the past, but one of the stars who appeared during those episodes had been named in some sort of scandal in 2014. Only time will tell in the next few weeks.

Last year, Hey Yahoo premiered on GSN on this date. It only lasted for 6 months, with 62 episodes being aired and 38 unaired. Will it return?

With the December 27, 2001 episode of Millionaire just airing on GSN, we are now in "uncharted waters" with the extremely rare 2002 episode, even though the 2nd College Edition episodes have aired so far. So, only time will tell if officially the 2nd Olympics Edition and the Aaron Spelling Stars will be skipped or not.
Update: Looking at non-blocked Millionaire uploads on YouTube, some 2002 episodes have aired on GSN around 2007/2008 based on the bug GSN was using at that time.

Has GSN ever aired the 2002 Olympic athletes editions of Millionaire?

Has GSN ever aired the 2002 Olympic athletes editions of Millionaire? They haven't and still not. Today's episode is from January 21, 2002. You might remember then that the closing from the June 11, 2000 episode was seen repeatedly at the end of every single airing of Millionaire.

Thanks. Also, is GSN going to have marathons on July 4th?

GSN just aired Night 1 of Ladies Night (May 23, 2002). I'm going to assume now that they air Night 2 tomorrow (May 30, 2002), then they will do the rest of the regular episodes up until the last episode (June 27, 2002).

If I were to guess, it appears that, not surprisingly, the Stars of Aaron Spelling Productions episodes got skipped this time around. Makes sense, since one of the stars (one from 7th Heaven who also appeared on Charlie's Angels at some point) was named in a scandal, implying that GSN likely refuses to pay royalties for his appearances after his scandal was exposed. Or, there may have been issues with other stars.
Very interesting that Ladies' Night was aired, considering the usage of Kool & the Gang's "Ladies' Night" used sporadically in those two episodes. Kool & the Gang seems to have had no problem clearing their music for GSN reruns, yet they may have issues with clearing "Wheel Watcher" with regards to PlutoTV airings of Season 6 of Wheel of Fortune, but oh well - at least I got most of that week downloaded.

Part of the 1987-88 season of nighttime Wheel aired on GSN circa 1996, and the 1988-89 season of Wheel aired on GSN from 2001-2004, so music clearances weren't an issue with the song then.

Now, don't tell me that the March 7 and 28, 2002 episodes are getting skipped also. I mean, the March 7, 2002 episode was uploaded online before. Are the 3 Aaron Spelling episodes ever gonna get uploaded in its entirety? I mean the first part of Shari Belafonte's turn at the Hot Seat has not been uploaded online at any point.
