I was watching the current rerun of Sale of the Century on GSN right now, and Jim Perry brought out a young lady named Christine. What is her significance?

It's boring and the 20 second round at the end is so stingy. I've seen quite a few instances where the contestant rings in at the buzzer with three out of four required questions correct, only to be told it's game over. Like right now. The contestant rung in at the buzzer with three correct answers (going for four) and gave the correct answer, only to be told time was up. That is BS! There's no reason for the final round to be as stingy as it is (or was; past show).
Why did GSN acquire this show again? -__-

Hey Mandoli, I'm having trouble removing that garbage at the end of my post. Can you remove that for me please? I've tried editing it out like ten times, but it doesn't want to go away. If it appears at the end of this post too, can you fix that as well? Thanks in advance.

I've really grown to love the show over the years, but the last bonus round wasn't my favorite. I'll take either the shopping or the Winner's Board.

Proboards Support wants to see if the problem still arises if you use a different browser.
They think it might be a rogue plug-in or extension, but they're not sure if that's the case.

It worked fine that last time.
And to be honest, I didn't like that last endgame either. I preferred the shopping, then the matching board.
