I honestly like the more kitschy vibe of the 1973 set the most. The 1978 set wasn't bad though. I'm noticing the guide on my TiVo for tonight. To Tell The Truth seems to be the show running in the "Time Machine" block from 8:00-10:30 EDT and an episode of What's My Line at 10:30... and none of them end at :10 or :40 past the hour. Which means they're either airing b/w episodes without the commercials -- which is unlikely at this point because they're running promos now that tout that they leave in the original commercials for those -- or they are episodes of the color versions. I wonder what's up with that. I'm setting some recordings just in case they spring up something fresh. TTTT '70 from 8:00-10:00, then one episode of TTTT '63, then WML '56 Thanks for the clarifications. I'm betting the 1970 episodes are the ones from the Mark Goodson marathon from a while back. If so I'm hoping one of them is the one that was cut off at the end of the first round. It'd be nice to get a second airing of that with the complete game.

I'm dismayed Buzzr only showed new episodes of Blockbusters last week (155-164), but today reverted back to 104-105

Buzzr touted all about fresh episodes just to rewind Blockbusters back after only a week??? They gotta do better than this. Meanwhile, checking my DVR and going through the latest WML episodes... last night/early this morning they showed the episode marking Fred Allen's passing.

With Blockbusters reverting back after only ten fresh episodes, I have a feeling Press Your Luck and others will likely follow suit soon, if they haven't already.

Grrr. My local Buzzr affiliate has decided to do some work on their transmission tower. Signal was off most of the day yesterday, and went off again this morning. At least I was able to get Match Game 73 episodes overnight that I missed yesterday, but PYL was missed yesterday and probably again today.

dare2be, did Buzzr air episode #112 of PYL, or have they rewound the clock back with that show, too?

No, they aired it. I have 112-117 so far, but missed yesterday's and likely today's episodes, which presumably would be 118-121

Taking the skips into account (#7, #19, #31-33, #49), that would be 50 episodes currently in rotation. I hope they don't roll back Press Your Luck today as well.

And the really funny thing? Buzzr promoted new episodes on Facebook today, yet they reverted back as of today. False advertising at its finest. I wouldn't be one bit surprised if Press Your Luck also reverted back.
Also, after just checking this week's Buzzr schedule, Card Sharks is gone. So fans of Card Sharks will have to tune in to GSN for the time being.
Plus, a marathon of Child's Play occurs this coming weekend. Also, I did discover two new half-hour E/I programs on Sundays, possibly replacing Dog Tales.

Press Your Luck is still continuing on from last week. 122-123 aired today. If Buzzr continues airing new-to- Buzzr episodes of Press Your Luck for quite a while, we may finally get to see the lost Ep. 182 (which GSN was known for skipping) on October 24. And Vahan, you did mention that you had a grudge against #110 for a while, and you also mentioned you no longer have that grudge. Did you lose that grudge when GSN aired the 1983-early 1984 episode a few years back, despite #110 being part of that lease?

Yes, I did lose that grudge three years ago. And CardSharksFan8689 , the only way #182 will air on Buzzr is if the original master tape is NOT damaged beyond repair. If it is, then there isn't anything that can be done about it. Don't forget that Buzzr skipped episodes #0007 and #0031-#0033 of Match Game, which GSN has also skipped.

Could be possible that GSN used the master copies of Match Game in the first place, during a time when nothing was converted to digital format. Press Your Luck #051 never aired on GSN but did air on Buzzr, and regarding GSN skipping it, I think it has more to do with a conversion problem. But tape damage may prevail with regards to two sets of three consecutive episodes (April and May 1986) being skipped.
Were there any episodes of Match Game '73 that GSN skipped that recently aired on Buzzr? If so, I can safely assume it wasn't tape damage.

I do not know if it was a case of just GSN's copy being damaged, or the original master. Press Your Luck was originally recorded on 1'' inch videotape. More info about 1'' inch videotape here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_C_videotape

After seeing the Wikipedia article, it does remind me of when I was a kid in the 80s and visiting the CBC Studios on occasion. I even remember seeing an NTV personality holding a reel on a local archives program. I would have thought it to be film strips, but now it is pretty clear what they really are.
