Can anyone report on the specific episode #s that were aired today? Just curious where they are starting off on each of the shows.

I'm going to guess like me, that movies channel is "Movies". That's what mine is. As was stated previously, most no ones cable/telco outlet is carrying Buzzr because it's up to the local affiliate to get them to carry it after it starts. It's a day old. May be awhile. Might be next time the local cable company has to renew with the channel, might be 2 weeks, 2 months, or never. I would imagine it will happen at some point.

In my area Time Warner never carried Bounce, which used to be KDFI's other subchannel besides the movie channel. (Bounce has now moved to another station's subchannel, though TW still doesn't carry it.) Bounce was also a niche channel, of course, narrowly targeted at a specific audience. I get the feeling that Time Warner is more interested in broad-appeal general entertainment subchannels like Antenna, at least in my neck of the woods. We'll see, but unless Buzzr blows the Nielsen doors off - highly unlikely, IMO - I'm not optimistic about getting it on TW any time soon.
As for specific episode info on Buzzr's schedule, I'd like to see it, too. But I haven't been able to find any kind of Buzzr schedule on Zap2it or the other listing services, with the exception of the (partially wrong) schedule on the beta version of Titan TV. I guess Buzzr has more important things to do besides publishing their schedule, like threatening people who post classic game shows on YouTube. I mean, really, would it be too hard to put a schedule on their website? Somehow I manage to put GSN's schedule on my blog, and I don't even work for GSN.

It's like that here in Atlanta as well. WAGA 5.2 is Movies. 5.3 is Buzzr.
It's SO nice to hear the Blockbusters intro being played normally and not butchered beyond belief like it was on GSN.

Time Warner is responsible for working out the TV deals for Brighthouse here. Brighthouse does carry Bounce from one of the local affiliates here. It's a matter of the station involved working out a deal with the provider and if/when they choose to do so. I don't think TW or any cable operator of any kind when presented with a subchannel from a local station wouldn't carry it if the $ is right. No matter how insignificant it's a channel they can offer that the satellite companies can't or to this point won't.

This just in...
Fremantle is now claiming Press Your Luck episodes, and blocking them on copyright grounds. This is the beginning of the end of game shows on YouTube it seems. Thankfully, no copyright strikes came out of it, from what I learned.
One user has a desire to delete his account, he asked me how to do it, but I am having a hard time trying to find out for him.
Looks like my days on YouTube are headed back to 2006.

Thankfully, no copyright strikes came out of it, from what I learned. One user has a desire to delete his account, he asked me how to do it, but I am having a hard time trying to find out for him. Looks like my days on YouTube are headed back to 2006. Just a few months ago, Fremantle was saying about how great it was that people were uploading their materials on YouTube and that they found a successful way to monetize this content through advertising. What the hell happened in such a short period of time that made them change their tune? Did the shysters get to them? Is it the launch of Buzzr that's making them crack down?
The thing that irritates me is that there will be literally no place to watch these great classics anymore if Fremantle blocks them from YouTube. GSN hardly shows any of them anymore, and the distribution of Buzzr is extremely sparse. It's not as if a vast majority of the country can just turn on Buzzr at any time and watch these shows at their will. The same thing irritates me about Sony's crackdown on classic Pyramid episodes and the like. These episodes are literally seen nowhere anymore on TV.
These greedy companies block these shows from YouTube, but they don't air anywhere else, so why the heck do they feel the need to take the programming off of YouTube. It's not like they're losing TV advertising revenue. I mean I can understand wanting to take shows like Everybody Loves Raymond and The Middle off of YouTube, because they air on multiple TV channels multiple times a day in reruns, and having the shows on YouTube would create competition for ad revenue-generating TV airings of these shows. But some shows just aren't that widely distributed on TV or they simply don't air at all (like Clark's Pyramid), and I just don't see how having episodes of such shows uploaded on YouTube can harm these companies that own the rights to them.

Good lord, did Sony's lawyers replace Fremantle's or something?

I have it here (Channel 13.2). However, since I have cable, the channel isn't available unless I pull the plug and go to regular TV.

This is the beginning of the end of game shows on YouTube it seems. Or in your case - "the world is coming to an end". I have a J! clip on my channel. Nobody's touched it, nobody's claimed it. Unless someone's coming after me to remove the clip (which is of a single question from July 2009), I wouldn't worry about there NOT being anything on to watch.

This is something I find interesting from a local stand point that doesn't include cable repeats. WAGA-TV, the station that's broadcasting Buzzr in Atlanta, was a CBS affiliate for many years before switching to Fox in 1994. And in that time, several CBS game shows like Press Your Luck, Child's Play, and Body Language, were pre-empted.
Now all these years later, a change and addition in affiliation, ownership, and for the first time these shows are being aired on the original network station in my area.
Super Password is another show that was pre-empted on the NBC affiliate here and never got airtime in this area by a local station, until now.

The switch of affiliates is of course thanks to the NFL that year. Apparently the same thing happened here in Tampa also. 13 was the CBS affiliate and switched to Fox that year also.

For those still interested in episode specifics of Buzzr's launch and starting points of shows, here is the following information for the first two days of airing. All times are eastern/pacific.
Monday 6/1 launch, primetime schedule: 8 PM: Let's Make a Deal: 1963 hour long pilot 9 PM: Match Game '78: -Two episodes with George Kennedy, Brett Somers, Charles Nelson Reilly, Patty Duke, Richard Dawson, and Patti Deutsch airing in reverse order (which I think must be some kind of mistake) with the Friday episode airing first, then the Thursday episode after. Mid-show fee plugs are left intact. 10 PM: Tattletales: 2/18/1974, 2/19/1974 The first two episodes of the original 1974 run with Stiller & Meara, Bobby Van & Elaine Joyce, Dick Gautier & Barbara Stewart
11 PM-2 AM is a repeat of above.
Tuesday 6/2:
Late Monday/early Tuesday's Buzz 'Til Dawn overnight (aired early starting at 2 am, 6/2):
To Tell The Truth (PM) - 1/2/1961: Johnny Carson, Kitty Carlisle, Betty White, Don Ameche What's My Line? - 1/2/1955: Dorothy Kilgallen, Sam Levenson, Betty Furness, Bennett Cerf I've Got a Secret - 1/4/1961: Bill Cullen, Betsy Palmer, Henry Morgan, Bess Myerson; Keenan Wynn is the guest1
Original commercials and sponsor plugs were left intact for all three shows with regular commercials inserted in between most segments. I gather this will be problematic for Winston/Salem/Camel sponsored episodes and those ones if/when we get to them will be edited out. It's worth pointing out that clips from Winston sponsored episodes of I've Got a Secret have been used in promos, including the guy blowing air in the inner tube (the Winston logo can be seen on the desk where Garry Moore and Andy Griffith are sitting down watching the guy), so we'll probably see them in full sans the ads.
All three shows repeat again through 6 am.
Daytime Buzz (aired, starting at 6 am, some repeats throughout the day):
Family Feud - Daytime, 1980: Hatley vs. Bugbee Family Feud - Daytime, 1980: Bugbee vs. Watson Tattletales - First two episodes from 1974 (repeat from the night before) Child's Play - January 1983: Karen vs. Jeff Body Language - an episode from the week of January 21-25, 1985: Marcia Wallace and Fred Travelena (ticket plug shown) Blockbusters - 3/19/1981: Bob vs. Jeff & Alan Card Sharks - 4/24/1978: episode 1
Match Game '78: Two episodes: Joe Garagiola, Brett Somers, Charles Nelson Reilly, Debralee Scott, Richard Dawson, Betty White Family Feud: Daytime, 1979: Giles vs. Tack Family Feud: Daytime, 1979: Tack vs. Sitzmann Super Password: 9/24-25/1984: episodes 1 and 2 with Gloria Loring and Pat Sajak Press Your Luck: 9/19-20/1983: episodes 1 and 2
Primetime:
8 PM: Let's Make a Deal - 1970's syndicated nighttime episode 8:30 PM: Let's Make a Deal - 1969-71 era ABC nighttime episode 9 PM: Match Game '78 continued with two episodes in the reverse order with the same panel of Patty Duke, George Kennedy, et. al. 10 PM: Tattletales continued with two more episodes from the premiere week.
Said block is repeated again like the first night from 11 PM - 2 AM.
