It's funny. I was thinking earlier about how GSN could freshen their their line up, and this show was one that came to mind. Also this really works out, well at least for cable/satellite viewers, because not every area gets this show, including mine. Last I checked it was only in about 10 markets.

I've never heard of Let's Ask America because I don't get it on any of my channels. But seeing it on GSN will make it a treat for people who are new to the show like myself when Let's Ask America makes it's debut in 2015 to the GSN family. How is Let's Ask America played? Because I would love to know what the object of the game is because I like learning about all my game show favorites. Isn't Bill Bellamy that comedian that hosted that MTV show called MTV Raps that had rap music videos? What a surprise that Bill Bellamy is gonna be the new star of Let's Ask America because I think he will have great talent as a game show host, Kelsey

I've never heard of Let's Ask America because I don't get it on any of my channels. Me neither. I just post the news when I see it. But if you said the above, then mentioned about how you like to learn about your "favorites", then why are you calling this one of them? You've never seen the show before.

This thread humors me as I remember one of the banned posters at the GSN board all up in arms over WOF/J being removed from Scripps stations in certain markets for this and another show. The individual basically said the shows wouldn't last. Now here one of them is coming to GSN and it's being welcomed with open arms by posters here.

Jut saw an episode on GSN. It's good, I like the down-to-Earth thing with having contestants play from their own homes. Pereira is - well, I guess was - a good host. Format is a little repetitive but they do all right mixing it up. Hopefully one of my stations picks it up in season three, but GSN will do for now, especially once they start airing Bellamy's eps.
8/10.

This show actually comes on in Baltimore, but it's up against Wheel. I didn't see it until GSN picked it ip, but I agree with everyone here about it.

I sat through 6 episodes in the first three days and then removed the timer from my DVR. Slow, dull, and predictable. The first question is a 50/50 shot for $100 and then most of the other progressively higher prized questions are usually much easier to figure out, so the winner tends to be the one that got the 50/50 question right in the beginning, making it a random outcome. Some of the choices are clever or provocative, but not enough to hold my interest over the rest of the repetitive format.

Well, can't please everybody. Just about any format is repetitive after a while. I mean, they play hangman over and over again on Wheel of Fortune (wink).
Let's Ask America is a cute little show, not the greatest format or the toughest intellectual challenge but a nice way to pass a half-hour. Hope it does decent numbers on GSN.

Here's what I thought of "Let's Ask America".
It was a pretty good show. I thought it was interesting the way the show had the possible answers in multiple choice. That's cool because it gives people at home a better chance of answering, as well. It makes you think about the answers. These are the types of shows I like. I like Family Feud, mainly Dawson's version, I admit, but I like this show better than the newer Family Feud, I think. It doesn't air in my market as of yet, but I'm happy that GSN brought it to the lineup, it's pretty interesting I may start recording it regularly.

It was announced during tonight's repeat of Idiot Test that on October 8th GSN will show a very special edition of Let's Ask America hosted by Bill Bellamy and will be shown in primetime. So please don't forget to mark your calendars for this special day on October 8th everyone, Kelsey
