I woke up to this news earlier and it wasn't what I wanted to wake up to. Bob Barker helped me to love game shows with his fantastic hosting. He's a legend. As tpirrules said, I sadly knew this day would come, but I wasn't prepared for it.
R.I.P. Bob Barker. Thank you for all the fun times.

even though I think never seen his episodes live. (I actually do not remember who hosted the first episode I saw but I got into Price is right from let's make a deal, I would been Old enough to see his episodes when they Aired.) those old price is right episodes were definitely there when I needed them at all hours of the night (at least currently now that is one decent thing about the modern age) (of course I remember the funniest moments show he did and and from the beauty of YouTube seeing his first episode and a compilation of the best moments.) his legacy might be a little more complicated than most but we remember the good and the bad.

Bob Barker, as well as Guy Smiley's game shows on Sesame Street, was what helped pave the way for my love of game shows during the 1970s and into the 1980s. It started small, but grew to great heights by 1983. I too would watch daytime game shows on NBC and CBS whenever I was off sick from school, and even if school was closed due to a blizzard.

Well, he didn't die based on any health problems. It was natural causes.

You know, now that Bob is deceased, I wonder what will become of the 1970s through early-September 1982 episodes of TPIR that had fur coats and prizes made of animal products offered? Could the ban on furs soon be lifted? Could this pave the way for finally releasing the earliest seasons of TPIR to Pluto TV someday?
As for marathons, one is confirmed. Buzzr will be airing a tribute marathon consisting of Match Game and Tattletales appearances. Nothing in terms of I've Got a Secret nor Combs' Feud, though it may be in development - but we don't know.
Here are some videos in Bob's memory one of which I made a premiered the day after he passed away. I was going to do a thread game tribute too. But I figured nobody would play it/take notice of it. Fremantle copyrighted the first show in my video. So I think you may be right on those FUR episode getting lifted soon. BUZZR Game Show as you have correctly predicted with Match Game... Copyright allowed for song in the first BIG winning showcase from 1981 and the episode in general. I hope you like mine. I put a lot of effort into it. Some gameplay missing and commercials left in apologies. Also edited out Holly's wardrobe mishap during the end of the first show.

I liked all of them except for the first "Name that Sound!" sketch, as I hated to see the studio flooded leaving a fully-clothed Guy Smiley underwater as the segment ends. But my most favorite game show parody was "Family Food" which featured a real game show host in this one - the one and only Richard Dawson. I never got to see "The Trash is Right" nor "The Triangle is Right" because they debuted well after my mother banned me from watching Sesame Street in 1984 - which I do respect to this day and beyond.
