Probably some no-name people.
I hate to say it, but I think it's going to be a very racist show.

I hate to say it, but I think it's going to be a very racist show. Sexist, perhaps? Not racist. We're not judging people based on their skin color.

And how many white people did I just see in the commercial for the show just now? One. That's not very many.
It makes me wonder how many black people will join this forum this year. Where is the diversity in this world?

1) I agree with Mandy. You can't judge a show by only a promo.
2) It'd be nice to see some black celebrities be panelists, but unless we find out something insane happened like the producers saying "no we only want only one kind of color of people only for the show", (I don't think this is the case at all btw, I'm just using an example) I'm not going to be up in arms about it or look that much into it. Not to mention the host of Mind of a Man, DeRay Davis, is black. And there's tons of time before we see all of who will be on in general.
If there was actual racism going on at GSN would we really have had Alfonso Ribeiro hosting Catch 21? Sherri Sheperd on The Newlywed Game? I know Love Triangle was a hot ass mess but there was also Wendy Williams. While I can't defend all of their originals based on formats, GSN's had a fair share of representation of people hosting shows from several different walks of life.

Mind of a Man belongs on BET, not GSN.

Mind of a Man belongs on BET, not GSN. Why? If it's a game show, that really should be enough of a pre-requisite for a show to air on GSN.

I just love it when people assume "racism" means automatically a lack of black people. Here's a hint: racism can be a lack of any race. There has been a, how do I say this properly, deluge of black game show hosts lately. Some are really good, others not so much. I think what he was trying to say was that the show is racist against anyone other-than-black for it, not that it was racist for excluding black people. If anything, there's been a huge number of black game show hosts in the last 7-8 years.

I read the tone of his post wrong but my main point still applies. Unless we find out something ridiculous came from GSN saying "we only want one kind of race" for this show (which I highly doubt), I don't see the point of getting upset and jumping to conclusions.

I think Mandy was right. Mind of a Man is more sexist than racist.

Why would some people say it is better than Love Triangle?
