Perry Card Sharks didn't bow on GSN until early 1996, for the first 13 or 14 months on GSN"s life, only Eubanks Card SHarks aired on GSN. Rafferty Card Sharks debuted on GSN in late 1996.

So in terms of full calendar years, Perry's Card Sharks never aired on GSN in 1995 and 2014. 1994 doesn't count as GSN only aired in December that year.

FYI, Match Game 75 reverts back to the beginning of the lease for its respective spots again on August 28th (sans the 10:00am hour on weekdays)
For the sake of recovering all the episodes I lost due to my hard drive crash, would it kill them to put the 1973 episodes in that rotation? I know it's selfish, but still.... They've run through those rather fast.

Buzzr reruns the crap out of everything so I'll bet we'll see the '73 episodes at least one more time before we finally get some fresh ones back. One small positive in all of these repeats... you won't miss a thing lol.

Hello. I'm new here. But to contribute something, will Buzzr ever air the syndicated run of match game? Or match game PM?

Hello. I'm new here. But to contribute something, will Buzzr ever air the syndicated run of match game? Or match game PM? First off, welcome aboard. I may remember you from the old, old GSN boards back in 2006. Second, I think there is a better chance of seeing the syndicated run and PM version on GSN before it ends up on Buzzr. If I recall, GSN has already aired much of the first season of the syndicated run, so there are only two more syndicated seasons remaining and the full PM version awaiting to be aired on GSN.

Chardsharksfan8689 I am very new to this. This is the first message board I'm on. Any similarities to people in the past is purely coincidental. Also, thanks for answering my question.

It's possible they could be airing the same pilots they aired two years ago.

Honestly, I hope not. It can't be that hard to acquire between, say, 6 to a dozen more pilots to make a week's worth for a special stunt like last time.

Honestly, while bringing back the pilots seems good, I think Buzzr has ran out of any new ideas. Why can't Fremantle contribute some new shows or more episodes and not beat Match Game and Family Feud to death? Don't they own an extensive library of shows?

(Two years into the network, and I'm not even in a market.) But is there a chance that they could put different eras in without killing the concept of classic shows? I'm not saying they start airing Harvey and overkill that like GSN does, obviously.

There are still a great bit of classics of theirs (and entire eras of the long running shows like Match Game, What's My Line and To Tell The Truth) that they haven't aired yet. If they get some fresh episodes of the shows they already have and add a couple or so more ones... I'd be fine. Airing some different things for the weekend would be nice too. Also there was a trailer they put out for a documentary last year that they haven't aired yet either.
I don't want to complain too much as this kind of network has been a long time desired for people like myself interested in what they're showing; and at that how they're showing them. But Fremantle's gotta do better with giving Buzzr access to more fresh episodes on a regular basis. Especially now that they've got national coverage via at least one satellite provider. They literally gave them TWO fresh episodes of Bob Eubanks' Card Sharks a couple weeks ago. I'm sorry, but they need to do better than that. Even GSN wasn't this repetitive with the Sony shows. This is again, really, the only problem I have with the network. I make an effort to watch in a reasonable time frame when they put fresh stuff out, I'm happy with the fresh episodes we get. But there's literally no reason for me to watch regularly for a period of two or three months sometimes, and it's because I've already watched and enjoyed an episode of a show in question.
I remember in 2015 when the first pilot stint happened; we got fresh episodes then. Maybe things will improve next month.
