Lately, some of you have been questioning about the whereabouts of thekid965. Now, you also may wonder why his name is in a bold brown color instead of the admin red. It's not a complicated story, so let's go back in time.

If you remember about a month ago, he posted that he needed gallbladder surgery in the chat at the bottom of every page. He was out of action for about a month, posting the following:

I absolutely detest being sick. --;

You also know that he was on Twitter as recently as a week ago, and on this forum as recently as a few days ago. He didn't post anything - just came around to lurk and leave.

Doesn't seem so bad in hindsight, but I have some bad news to share with you guys.

Last night, I received this message on Twitter:

Please be seated... I have bad news.... Devin passed away suddenly this morning. His dad got on his IRC nick to tell us. No more details. :/

So that's the short story. I'm not sure if I should edit this post with the obituary when it shows up or not. (It's up to you if I do that.) I also changed his name to the bold brown color with the user rank of "Honorary Member". It means, straight up: "For the members who are no longer with us."
