New member here and happened to see a similar topic on the Golden Road forums today. Since it seems to me that we are having more moments on game shows (ex: Kinky Boots and 'The Love Ballad of Turd Ferguson' as Final Jeopardy responses, a model breaking a set light bulb on TPIR, etc.) that go viral in one form or another. It seems like it is becoming more and more of an occurrence these days. Is anyone else noticing this, or is it just me that is noticing this?

In the case of a show like Family Feud, who is all about those "viral" moments, I think they're trying a little too hard to get those with the questions like they have.
But I think you're going for those sporadic points, so I'll stick to those.
With everyone having social media, plus with a lot of television diehards, there makes for a lot of clipping and capping that there's always going to be that moment. Even with the UK's University Challenge. Mashable put out two stories in (I think) three weeks with moments that the show brought. If it's not for social media, those moments don't happen.
