From a check of Friday’s retro block, the rotations for Tic Tac Dough (currently in mid-January 1980) and $100,000 Pyramid (currently near the end of season 2) should possibly refresh by the third or fourth week of March with a possible refresh for TPIR sometime in April continuing with the 1983 half of season 11

They've been showing fresh episodes for a while now.

If GameTV goes back to the beginning of season 2 or back to a run of season 1 or 3 next month. I remember that the channel went back to the second half of season 3 after the first 13 weeks of season 1 were first rerun near the end of 2020

Tic Tac Dough went back to the beginning of season 2 yesterday after the Feb 7, 1980 episode was rerun. $100k Pyramid is at the second to last week of season 2

New afternoon schedule as of April 1: The Search for Canada’s Game Shows, Bumper Stumpers x2, Jeopardy, Family Feud, Tic Tac Dough, Tattletales, Beat the Clock, Match Game x2, $100k Pyramid, Hollywood Squares x2. Tattletales and Beat the Clock takes over the previous spot of TPIR season 11 which was the same first 75 episodes seen on Barker Era from late 1982

Where in the run will these be in come April 1: Tattletales, Tic Tac Dough, $100,000 Pyramid, Bumper Stumpers, Match Game '7#, Jeopardy! We should hope that Tattletales get out of 1974 and finally get into 1975. We're also hoping that it isn't from '74 nor '75 in terms of Match Game '7#. Beat The Clock is still the same 63 episodes Buzzr reran years ago including one of its unaired pilots and almost all of which were on Amazon Prime.

So I am thinking classic TPIR was only a short-term lease.
Also, does GameTV still air any Jeopardy episodes with Mayim Blalik co-hosting? Reason I ask is because I don't see her likeness in any current promos, last I checked. Was the removal of her likeness in the promos due to her being terminated from the show after walking off the job in solidarity with the writers and actors who were on strike last summer - which may have been a violation of her contract with Sony?

They're airing the current season of Jeopardy. They're about a month behind first-run, meaning the Champions Wildcard is wrapping up later this week and the Tournament of Champions Quarterfinals start. So no, Mayim is not airing and actually never has.

And per a new promo that's airing, it looks like they're rebranding the block as the "Retro Vault."

Assuming the online episode guides are right (which I have no way of verifying), season 3 of The $100,000 Pyramid started today with the first day of the 8th tournament. GameTV's listings still say season 2, however.

Did they show this tournament when they were running season 3 before?

Did they show this tournament when they were running season 3 before? Yes they did, and GameTV is back to showing the Mystery 7 bonus prizes, fee plugs and the fee plugs company listing part of the end credits aka unedited versions of episodes. They even showed the ticket plugs that are now inserted right before the fee plugs. I'd stick with the USA and/or GSN airings of episodes from the start of Tournament #4 through the last episode before the start of Tournament #8 because whatever GameTV has done with those was edited even more poorly than what GSN did in its much later airings of those episodes.
