This is about any kind of B&W out there. I know, GSN doesn't air any of these anymore. Why not talk about them anyway? I figure we could announce when new shows are plastered onto YT.
Any starters? (This thread won't be stickied, because it's multiple shows.)

"Beat the Clock" was my favorite among the programs the Game Show Network used to broadcast as part of their "black and white" blocks of programming because of its physical challenges. Those challenges reminded me of the game show "Double Dare" with Marc Summers (the host).
I liked some of the other programs that were part of the blocks, too, such as "What's My Line", "Password", "I've Got a Secret", and "To Tell the Truth", but "Beat the Clock" was the one I liked most of all.

^ Agreed with BTC. Although I don't know how I felt with the bonus game (the familiar phrase/saying)... but what can you do about it? Then the Gary Kroeger version came, and I thought it was a little over the top.

If GSN does what they normally do, there will be 2 weeks of WML and IGAS in December.
My favorites. WML (post 1957), IGAS, and Password

Just to point out something I mentioned a few times on the GSN boards, but haven't yet brought up here: If you miss GSN's B&W offerings, and you have access to a Roku device (which you should really look into if you don't have one), might I suggest a Roku channel called Pub-D-Hub? For the scandalously low cost of just $3/year, you get access to hundreds if not thousands of hours of content, all in the public domain (or at least, prints that have long since fallen out of copyright) -- old movies, TV shows, cartoons, ancient educational films, even radio dramas and audiobooks -- including a section devoted entirely to 1950s game shows. Granted, this section is a bit scantily populated compared to others, but you will see lots of stuff that never aired on GSN even when they did have a B&W block, such as episodes of Stump the Stars, The $64,000 Question, Twenty One, and You Bet Your Life. You'll also find samples of all your old B&W Overnight favorites, including the Panel Show Trinity, Password, and Beat the Clock... in most cases with original commercials and sponsorship tags intact (and since this isn't linear broadcast/cable TV, the Tobacco Embargo has been lifted!). There are even selected episodes of the Bill Cullen Price is Right for good measure! Granted it's a relatively small selection of episodes (so far) and the quality probably isn't all it could be, but it will most certainly scratch your itch for some Golden Age game show fun. And when you couple it with everything else Pub-D-Hub has to offer (think of it as Netflix for the public domain), it's quite the bargain at less than 29¢ a month. You don't even necessarily need a Roku to access the game show content, though admittedly that is the preferred way; they've recently started streaming their catalog live through the Web, but you do need to subscribe to their Gold account (at the $3/year rate) in order to access it. Such a deal. Sorry to sound like a commercial, but believe me -- just this once, it's worth the effort. ^^

I'm pretty sure that bots have taken over the What's My Line tag. It's like people have no courtesy and just rip the ever-loving hell out of two clips and re-post them. I'm ready to pull my hair out.

I recently learned about an old Black and White game show while reading a book of my mom's called The Television Years and the name of the game show was called Down You Go and it was a word game based in Chicago and I think Down You Go was first shown in the 1950's but I can't recall who the host was and it was an underrated game show of the 50's, Do you remember Down You Go Mandoli?, Kelsey

Do you remember Down You Go Mandoli? No. Never heard of it before. I'm not even sure if anything exists from that show. And I rarely go by "Mandoli". Feel free to call me Mandy.

I would say my favorite B/W shows are Beat the Clock, WML, IGaS, and Price is Right with Bill Cullen.

Five new episodes on the Roku app I mentioned in an earlier post: The $64,000 Challenge (an early edition with Sonny Fox as host), Concentration (the 1968 Challenge of Champions final), Okay, Mother, another episode of Mike Stokey's Pantomime Quiz, and Sense and Nonsense.

Looks like GSN is doing its annual Black & White in December. Starts December 16th at 3:00am in place of the 2nd hour of Baggage According to the programming schedules for the Game Show Network for the calendar week of December 16th (a Monday) provided by the World Wide Web site Game Show Follies, the Game Show Network would actually start broadcasting black and white game shows on a regular basis again on December 17th, specifically "What's My Line" and "I've Got a Secret" (the schedules for Tuesday through Friday that week have "What's My Line" listed for the Eastern time of 3:00 a.m. and "I've Got a Secret" listed for the Eastern time of 3:30 a.m.).

More goodies on the Pub-D-Hub Roku channel: The Match Game's 1962 pilot, as well as an episode each of Haggis Baggis and Camouflage (the original, not the stupefyingly awful Chuck Barris remake of 1980).
There is also an episode of Break the Bank... the Tom Kennedy version. Apparently taken from a GSN airing on top of that! Since Pub-D-Hub is committed to only having stuff that's in the public domain, I can't see that lasting too long...
