Jerry Springer, hated the talk show but he was great on Baggage, and hosted Greed in the UK
Jim Perry with Definition in Canada and many others here in the states

I was about to ask if Howie Mandel counts. There was that one stretch of episodes where the show traveled across the world and played the American version in a few countries. I think the Philippines was one of them. Can't remember the others. Maybe Estonia and South Africa?

Surprised nobody mentioned this yet...
Monty Hall hosted multiple versions of Let's Make a Deal in the U.S. from 1963 through 1986, and Split Second in Canada in 1986-87.
Also, Ross Shafer hosted the 1990 revival of Match Game in the U.S. and previously Love Me, Love Me Not in Canada in 1986.
