Here's a full episode of Las Vegas Gambit I hadn't previously seen on YouTube. No exact date to share, but a question about the Reagan inauguration spoken in the future tense puts it in early January '81. Complete in one partThread title changed thanks to manekineko, who pointed out the "Copyright 1981" in the end credits and the Reagan question, both of which I somehow missed.

The 1000 gallons of gas is useful.
By the way, if you look closely at the end credits, you will find this episode aired in 1981. I kinda thought it did because they talked about Johnny Carson netting money for the Reagan Inauguration.
Also, the ubiquitous name "Botany 500" is the provider of Wink's suits. Anyone who was a consummate game show watcher in the '60s through the '80s should recognize the name as they literally provided the wardrobe for every game show host at the time. I honestly wonder if they're still around. I know they have been since the late 1800s.

Not just for game show hosts... Click here for end credit screenshots of sitcoms/game shows. As for your other question: Wikipedia was conflicting with "had" and "has" in the same page. There seems to be a website, which was copyright 2008. I haven't been arsed to look at anything else in the search.

Well, not literally "every" game show host... as fans of Match Game know well, with all the jokes CNR launched at Gene's tacky/boring Rubin Bros. suits. ;^) Into the '80s, and labels such as Rick Pallack and Pierre Cardin also notably outfitted some hosts. But yes, Botany 500 was always the gold standard.
(I still get a chuckle out of the end credits of the '80s Hollywood Squares, in which it was stated that John Davidson's wardrobe was provided by -- of all places -- "The Mens' Store at Sears!") ^^;
