Eastern Airlines perhaps was the family that flew in the out of town families for Dawson Feud at the time. It was said on the air that Goodson and Co. comped some of the out of town families on Dawson Feud for hotel and/or airdate. They were one of the first shows to do contestant searches, and Richard mentioned one in IIRC Boston in around 1980. Tic Joker and Bullseye also did them in the early 80s. Eastern Airlines was also plugged on $50K Pyramid in 1981, possible because that was the airline they flew the celebs from the West Coast to NYC on.

Also, regarding airline plugs, were there ever any airline plugs shown on Press Your Luck? I don't recall seeing any in 1984 and 1985, but I do remember seeing a split second of one from a July 1986 episode of Press Your Luck, and it sounded like it had the prize description background music heard during such plug.
