I have a idea for a separate channel. It's call "GSN Classics". It has all classic game shows by Sony. How about that?

I don't think SOny would be into doing a channel like that. OUtside of WHeel, Jeopardy, Pyramid, and Newlywed, Dating Game, and maybe Joker's Wild and Tic Tac Dough, what other long running shows are in Sony's holdings?

A GSN Classics channel would be so awesome and would be fun to watch and it would be huge in TV. Because people just love classic game shows and with BuzzrTV already popular in TV I think GSN Classics would be a great channel to see, As for the shows that would make a great addition to GSN Classics they would be, 1. You Bet Your Life with Groucho Marx 2. I Got A Secret 3. Password 4. The Wizard Of Odds 5. The Diamond Head Game 6. Dealers Choice 7. A Dollar A Second 8. Concentration 9. Beat The Clock Bud Collyer version 10. Let's Make A Deal Monty Hall version 11. Gambit 12. The Joker's Wild 13. Password 14. Password Plus

The original Dollar a Second aired on the DuMont Network and is mostly gone along with most of the other stuff that aired on that network. The attempt at a reboot was never a series. It was a pilot that never got picked up. The Wizard of Odds is mostly wiped and it's believed a lot of Gambit is gone. They made an exception for tributes, but CBS isn't going to let any network of GSN's run Monty Hall's LMaD on a regular basis. tbh, besides Fremantle media owning so much material and wanting to do something with it, I think Buzzr's existence is partly based on the desire from people to see more classics. People wanting a channel for nothing but game show classics had been a recurring topic for years on the old GSN boards. What we have now on Buzzr is as close to a GSN2 that we'll ever get.
Sony's done great with opening the vault up a bit with Jeopardy on Netflix. They should do the same with WoF, Pyramid, and I think Joker's Wild could benefit from some streaming love either on a place like Netflix or Sony's own Crackle service thanks to interest in the reboot.

A lot of the Sony owned 70s-80s product is short-lived and not well remembered. Granted there are some GT shows that didn't last long, either, but GSN aired more short-lived GT shows than short-lived SOny shows. Of the shows debuting on GSN in Oct 1997 in the wake of the six month loss of GT rights, only 3s a Crowd, GOng Show, and Pyramid stayed on GSN in April 1998 after the GT shows came back.
