(fanfare)He hit the $10 Money Card! (audience cheers) Marc: $70 [ ] Bob: $55
We add the $10 to your score, and Marc now leads by $15. Normally, that'd be enough for CashCard, but with the new rules in play, the bigger the lead, the higher the price. Will $50,000 be enough of a temptation? Find out after the break. Marc: $70 [COMING UP: $50,000 CASHCARD] Bob: $55
(main theme to commercial, cheers and applause, fade to commercial)
(fade in, main theme closes, cheers and applause)Greg: And welcome back to $uper $ale, our primetime special. Marc: $70 [GAME 1, ROUND 3, PART 1] Bob: $55
Marc currently leads by $15; but with CashCard on the way, it no longer costs $15 to play, but the amount of your lead instead. Let's see how things progress here. Back to the questions. 1. Death Valley is located in which US state? 2. What US vice president referred to his critics as "nattering nabobs of negativism"? 3. What US state is represented by the figures of John Stark and Daniel Webster in the Capitol's Statuary Hall? 4. What fruit is normally squeezed into a margarita? 5. Listen to the Dapper Dans and give me the next line to this song.(audience cheers as we see the Dapper Dans) Shelby: Tonight's the night we'll make
Dapper Dans: history,
Shelby: honey, you and I 'Cause I'll take any risk to tie back the hands of time And stay with you here tonight
(the Dapper Dans harmonize throughout)
Shelby: I know you feel these are the worst of times I do believe it's true When people lock their doors and hide inside Rumor has it it's the end of Paradise But I know, if the world just passed us by Baby I know, I wouldn't have to cry, no no
Dapper Dans: The best of times are when I'm alone with you Some rain some shine, we'll make this a world for two

And there's the CashCard board. Marc, you've got a decision to make. You have a $10 lead over Bob. Under the new rules, that's how much you'd have to pay to play CashCard. We've removed the CAR space and replaced it with $5,000 and Pick Again. Should you get that, you'd get $5,000 and you'd pick again, so it'd essentially be a bonus spin. Of course, after that, we'd replace it with $5,000 so we wouldn't create the possibility of a loop. We also have $15, Take $5, and $50,000 in cash.
Should you decide to decline, we're going to make a phone call to somebody in America, and they'll have a chance at possibly $55,000. So, will you play or pass on CashCard? (audience shouts suggestions)

And that gives you a total of $80. But Bob could still tie things up if he gets a hat trick here. Back to the questions.
1. What do the thirteen stripes on the American flag represent? 2. How many points are E and O each worth in a standard game of Scrabble? 3. The phrase, "Okay Boomer", refers to the generation of people born from 1946 to what year?
