4. Failed to guessing the words on "Body Language" bonus round
5. Bonus Sweep on "Supermarket Sweep" ends with greasy fingers 
6. Pick up $7.00 on "Supermarket Sweep"
7. A early "Flunk Out" on "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?"
8. Get the first question wrong on "Greed"
9. "Minute  to Win It" walk away with nothing losing all three lives on "Level 1 Blueprint"
10. Bust on "Money Cards" twice on "Card Sharks"
11. Contestants play "Grocery Game" on "The Price is Right" went way over $21.00 in one perches ($50.00 mark)
12. "The Alphabetic s" wipe out on "Password Plus"
13. Contestant drew all three strike tokens with out drawing numbers on "The Price is Right" when playing "3 Strikes"

I'm not sure there ever was a $0 win in the bonus on Password PLus or Super Password, but all the others have happened.
