... (awkward pause)
Let's just get on with the game then.
Final set of questions, all $10 a piece. Answer correctly you earn $10, answer incorrectly you lose $10.
At the moment, there's only $12 difference between the high and low scores, and first past the $55 mark will get a crack at the third and final Gift Shop, so it's still anyone's game.
Now to the questions.
15. Which of the Great Lakes is the only one to bear the name of an American state? 16. Krishna is an important god in which religion? 17. What six-letter word is the title of the head of state of Brunei? 18. What would you do with a “balalaika”? 19. A tradesman who cuts and sets glass in windows is known as what starting with “G”? 20. An “EGOT” refers to someone who has won an Emmy Award, a Grammy Award, an “Oscar” (or Academy Award) and what other award? 21. The national flag of Japan is a white background with a circle of what colour? 22. When play begins, how many knights are on a chess board?
Buzzcodes and answers please.

15. Which of the Great Lakes is the only one to bear the name of an American state? (BUZZCODE: 63) * James buzzes in - 55 * JAMES: Michigan. Yes, (Lake) Michigan it is.
16. Krishna is an important god in which religion? (BUZZCODE: 26) * Frank buzzes in - 34 * FRANK: Hinduism. Correct, Frank now catching up, just $5 difference between him and James.
17. What six-letter word is the title of the head of state of Brunei? (BUZZCODE: 64) * James buzzes in - 78 * JAMES: Sultan? Correct.
And James, you've now hit the $55 mark, which means you get a crack at our final Gift Shop.

Max Mannix is a renowned Australian artist, known for painting stories or "yarns" based on his years living in Victoria's country towns and cattle stations in Queensland's "outback". This quirky oil-on-canvas piece - entitled "I Wouldn't Want To Be You Dad" - shows a country father getting into strife on his horse at the family home. The normal price is $5,200, but it can be yours for $15 from Max Mannix and Sale of the Century. James - on a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate yourself as an art lover?

Is there anyone you know who might like this kind of artwork - make it a nice gift for them or something?

I bet if you offered him a lot of money to go with it, he'd buy.

Brendan, I would dare say that James does not know art, but he knows what he likes. What he likes is cold, hard cash. That is why I am offering my skills-- pro bono, mind you-- to help James negotiate. (I consult with my client, James.)
After much consideration, my client would like $4,800 in cash to go with the painting, and knock the price down to $12. That would give him a $1 lead. $10,000 in cash and painting for 12 bucks. What say you?

I'm sure I've heard that "I don't know much about art..." phrase somewhere.
That said, are you happy to take Greg's suggestion and drop your score to $43 for that extra offer?

(NOTE: Was unable to post this next part due to a technical issue; I'll try again)
And after that suggestion from Greg, you couldn't call for a closer game than this:
Five more questions to go, so anyone can win from here.
18. What would you do with a “balalaika”? (BUZZCODE: 9) * James buzzes in - 6 * JAMES: Play it. Correct.
19. A tradesman who cuts and sets glass in windows is known as what starting with “G”? (BUZZCODE: 12) * James buzzes again - 21 * JAMES: Glaciers. I unfortunately cannot accept that answer; the answer was Glazier. (A glacier is a slow-moving mass of snow and ice.) Back to $43.
20. An “EGOT” refers to someone who has won an Emmy Award, a Grammy Award, an “Oscar” (or Academy Award) and what other award? (BUZZCODE: 86) * Frank buzzes in - 74 * FRANK: Tony. Correct; now you're in the lead.
21. The national flag of Japan is a white background with a circle of what colour? (BUZZCODE: 40) * James buzzes in - 21 * JAMES: Red Yes; now you're back in the lead again.
It's now down to the last question - Greg cannot win, but it'll be either James or Frank with this question.
22. When play begins, how many knights are on a chess board? (BUZZCODE: 47) * James buzzes in - 54 * JAMES: 54. Unfortunately I'll have to take that answer and rule it incorrect; it's only four knights.
Which means that Frank has won the game!
