I heard a rumor not so long ago that TBS was gonna start having their own game show hour {Like USA did in the 80's-90's} And one of the game shows they were gonna have was a new Match Game that was going to be hosted by actor/comedian Andy Richter but the plans for TBS to have their very game show hour never saw the light of day and was never heard about since. What's the story behind TBS's game show hour at night and why it never happened?, Kelsey

I do not know whether the rumors mentioned above are true or not, but I know for a fact that the Turner Broadcasting System (TBS) has a plan to broadcast a new game show every Tuesday between 9:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (Central times) titled "Trust Me, I'm a Game Show" (the first edition is scheduled for October 22nd), a plan to broadcast a new series of "Deal With It" in 2014, and a plan to broadcast a new game show with Bam Margera in 2014 (I refuse to type the title of the program with Bam Margera due to the rude language in the title). The World Wide Web site TBS Newsroom has more information about these plans

Isn't Deal With It that show that is created by Howie Mandel? When I first heard about Deal With It I thought TBS had made a Deal Or No Deal sequel but when I saw it it turned out to be different. I think TBS could make money by making their own prime-time game shows because it would be something exciting and unique because TBS's lineup has mainly comedy shows and Family Guy reruns so a prime time night time game show hour would be very cool, Good hearing from you Mario500, Kelsey

(I refuse to type the title of the program with Bam Margera due to the rude language in the title) You mean "Bam's Bad Ass Game Show"? Oh, it doesn't sound so bad... Unlike the concept.

I saw an advertisement for "Trust Me, I'm a Game Show Host" with its hosts (Michael Ian Black and Darryl Lynn (D. L.) Hughley) introducing their selves with each other's names twice (Michael Ian Black used the initials "D. L." for his introductions). Some folks who had never seen or heard of these hosts before would be deceived by this advertisement if they were to see it or hear it.

It sounds like a tongue-in-cheek joke based on the title of the show.
