Best known for his role as T.C. Calvin on the hit '80s crime drama "Magnum, P.I." alongside Tom Selleck, actor Roger Mosley has died at age 83.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Roger Earl Mosley was born on December 18, 1938. His Wikipedia entry states that Roger never met or knew his father.
An interesting tidbit: Roger, in real life, was a licensed Helicopter Pilot, though on "Magnum" his Helicopter Stunts were instead actually performed by a Professional Stuntman so as Roger wouldn't be hurt while filming the show entirely on location in Hawaii.
Besides "Magnum, P.I.," Roger had roles on Sitcoms such as "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" and appeared as a Celebrity Guest on a number of TV Game Shows e.g. "Body Language" hosted by Jim Narz (real name of Tom Kennedy) and the original grown-up "Win, Lose or Draw" hosted by Bert Convy.
He is survived by 3 grown children with live-in girlfriend Toni Loudermilk--including a daughter, Ch-a, who confirmed the announcement of Roger's death.
RIP Roger Mosley, and may you forever be Flying High in the Eternal Skies.

83 is a good run. RIP. Don't forget three 80's Pyramid appearances, Super Password, Tattletales, Match Game '90, and MGHS, too.
