I know of at least six examples:
Whew!: The amount of money you earn determines how many bonus seconds you get in the Gauntlet. Scrabble: The time you set in the Scrabble Sprint. Supermarket Sweep: The amount of time you earn in the front game affects how long you can shop in the Big Sweep. American Gladiators: The Eliminator in both its Seasons 1-2 and Seasons 3-7 format. Classic Concentration: The 1990-1991 Two Strikes 2.0 episodes with the 5 Bonus Car Seconds. Family Feud: The bank you build from the Bullseye/Bankroll Round.

Jeopardy 1974-75 syndicated(part of the run): The maingame score determines your bonus prize for winning. Even the long-time Jeopardy rules can be mentioned in this thread: The player with the lowest cash amount at the end of the first round picks first in Double Jeopardy. Wheel of Fortune and their toss up rules as well: Whomever gets the second one right spins first in the first round... And whomever has control of the wheel at the time of the final spin now spins the wheel for the value of consonants.
