Your favorite Game Show Moments Gone Bananas

Since GSN just aired an episode of Game Show Moments Gone Bananas earlier tonight, I was wondering if you've had any favorite game show mishaps.

A couple that come to mind for me include one from a Joe Garagiola episode of To Tell the Truth where Contestant #2 when asked for his "name" points to #1 and says "My name's the same as his." resulting in laughter from the peanut gallery and the host. (Note: what the clip DIDN'T show was #3 saying "My name's the same as #1" which resulted in even more laughter. I remember that happening when the show aired.)

Another moment, which I can't find a vid for, was from The Joker's Wild, in which Jack Barry fumbles a question twice about Charles Schulz. First he accidentally called him "Carl Schulz" (after being corrected by the "voice of the judge", he explained that he had grew up near Carl Schurz Park in Manhattan), then he accidentally mentioned that Charles authored 2 books in 1639 (the voice of the judge corrected him "That's 1963 Jack, excuse me.") which resulted in even more laughter.

I wish someone could find the clip as it was a classic funny moment.

Do you remember a Catch-21 mishap where a contestant got so excited she cursed on the show but the curse word was bleeped out?  That is a funny blooper and i'm surprised it wasn't featured on Game Show Moments Gone Bananas because it was so hilarious.  Another one of my favorite game show mishaps is a episode of Wheel Of Fortune where they had a guy signing the rules to his brother and Pat Sajak asks this question,
Pat Sajak: George why are you signing to Darren?
George: Because Darren can't hear well and he's deaf,
Pat Sajak: Oh how cool and wonderful is that,
Do you remember this Wheel Of Fortune blooper?  It was also featured in Game Show Moments Gone Bananas as well and is real cute,

I saw the very end of Game Show Moments Gone Bananas and was so amazed that game shows really did have a lot of bloopers and funny mishaps.  I was also surprised that Family Feud had a whole ton of bloopers featured in the show but one blooper should have been on Game Show Moments Gone Bananas and it's a blooper that I saw during the time I watched Whammy The All-New Press Your Luck and it's really funny and it goes like this,
Whammy Contestant: {Presses Buzzer}
Todd Newton: Yes,
Whammy Contestant: I Can't Believe My Eyes,
Todd Newton: That's not the answer to the question {Laughs}
I'm so surprised this blooper didn't make it to Game Show Moments Gone Bananas because it's one of three bloopers that Whammy had when it aired,
