Watching GSMGB, I couldn't help but hope, or wish GSN would bring back B&W Overnight, as well as another show, because they were great, and if I had any shows I would like to see back on GSN this year for "good", it would be:

Tattletales
Password
To Tell The Truth
I've Got a Secret
What's My Line?

I'm not even sure Feud gets the best numbers at 2am, same for Baggage at 3am, if I recall the B&W shows got respectable ratings during the Xmas weeks.

I read one of Casey Abell's "faux tweets" on his Game Show Follies blog, and it stated that the B&W shows that aired last December didn't do as greatly in the ratings department. So yeah, this is likely a case that most people in the generation who grew up with the B&W shows is likely dead or getting closer to death. The target audience for the B&W shows is the generation of great-grandparents. Once that generation is gone, B&W shows will disappear completely. It's a sign of the times.

I'd need to look at the ratings again, but I thought they did alright though. Now, I don't keep track, but is Family Feud and Baggage really the top shows in the post-midnight slots? They could reserve 2-4am for B&W shows.
