Pretty much a straightforward question. What version of LMAD do you prefer? You have three options, so choose wisely...

I like Monty Hall's version more. The 1984-86 version, to be exact.
Wayne Brady's version is probably far behind but definitely second in rank to that of Hall's.
Billy Bush's version, I couldn't stand one bit. I mean, the game where he had to dip his hand in hopes of getting a prize, and one of the boxes contained REAL SNAKES! Makes me wonder if they were poisonous? No wonder the show got bad ratings.
But I will give Billy Bush's version credit for inviting Monty Hall to the show and inviting a contestant from the 1970s version back for a second chance at winning a car. At least that was one plus about Billy Bush's version. But for the most part, the negatives override the positives when it comes to Billy Bush's version.

Hall's version(s) were better, agreed. These days, it's a lot of bad costumes - I think they try to pick people with the stupidest costumes and then have them describe that they're "door four" or a box of money. Come on. Be a little more original with the costumes. Make them from scratch. I believe that you had to make your costume and not buy it from a costume store.
Bush's version was ugly the minute they had that lady put her hand up a guy's kilt.

It took some time for me to fall in love with the show, but Monty's eras are my favorite. Especially the one from 1984-86 when getting into specifics. I loved the added touches of the deal wheel and door #4.
Wayne does a decent job. Billy Bush's version was a hot mess.

Monty, with Wayne a mid-distance second, and Billy a far, far, far, far, far, far away third.

I've never been a huge fan of LMaD in general, but I'd go with Monty's, then Wayne's, and finally in distant last place, Billy's.

I would have to say the better version of Let's Make A Deal would have to be Wayne Brady's version because Wayne is just so funny to watch and adds some comic relief to the show. I remember seeing the Billy Bush version of Let's Make A Deal with my mom and aunt and I think while Billy Bush did a awesome job Let's Make A Deal should have brought better ratings to NBC. But Monty Hall's Let's Make A Deal will awesome to me because it's the original and still the very best in the game show world, Kelsey
