For those of you wondering what that title was about, I present to you a very classic game show video from the 50's, and one of the early hosting gigs for Tom Kennedy...

Based on what's said during the "Lady in the Balcony" segment, I suspect this was in fact the premiere of the second series, which aired live on 15 December 1958 if my dog-eared EoTVGS is to be believed. Tom Kennedy was the third "Doctor I.Q." for national television, following Jay Owen and James McClaine (the latter of whom had been one of the Doctors I.Q. on radio). It was Tom's second game show credit, following The Big Game for NBC earlier in '58.
(Worth noting: One of the assistants from the 1953-54 series was in fact Art Fleming.)
