Added a new plugin (they're not codes on v5) to the forum.

Nothing too special - just allows members to add a little description about the thread. For those who host games (which is pretty much everyone

), you can add your subtitles there instead of trying to cram it into the actual title.

I'll be working on the smilies at some point in time this week. Made a few more today.
