Literally the best news I've heard all day. I was talking with Brandon about it though and we both agreed that what the show's gonna need is a panel that has regulars on it. To Tell the Truth is a show that thrives on the warm interactivity with the panel and its host. I understand the reality is that we're gonna be getting mostly raunchy/scandalous stories for this revival since it is 2014 and that's all that prime time viewers want to watch anymore, but I'm still OK with that to be honest (though I gotta wonder which once popular comedian they're going to try and throw a game show at and hope it sticks). I kinda gave up on watching current TV shows last year because a bunch of shows I was following went down in quality really fast and I grew disenchanted with TV, but this is certainly something that I will be keeping my eye on and paying attention to. It'll take a lot of effort to really mess up a revival of To Tell the Truth.

Keeping the streak alive!
If this revival sells, Truth will have aired at least one new episode in each of the '50s, '60s, '70s, '80s, '90s, '00s, and now '10s. Only The Price is Right can also make this claim, and in Price's case there's enough of a version disconnect between the Bill Cullen era and the modern version to almost be considered two separate series. Truth, meanwhile, has remained pretty much the same as Bob Stewart originally envisioned it throughout its many incarnations.

Am I the only one who would want to hear at least one cute, humorous, and non-sexual story per episode (if this does get off of the ground, of course)? That's also if the decision is made to take a route down Perverted Lane.

No. But you'll be very much a member of a small minority these days. Unfortunately. The only shows that are still running strong without the sexual innuendo are Jeopardy and Wheel, and I'm comfortable with watching at least one of those two.

Depending on the circumstances I won't mind an adult moment or so every now and then, and really, as long as it pertains to what's going on and it isn't overdone. But if it's going to be like that on most every episode (see Harvey Feud now) and it's going to be encouraged and coached simply so the show can have viral video moments, then I'll be side-eying. I agree with the notion that a show like TTTT is a pretty simple show to revive.
I'm really excited for a revival, we've got this coming, and there's Hollywood Game Night, and Celebrity Name Game... I'm glad that game shows with celebrity panelists/players are making a comeback.
