I still call BS until we see a promo or a press release confirming it. Gsn press site looks like an outdated pile

Please re-read aaaa's paragraph on the prior post. "Barker" is spelled correct both times. Thanks. Now now. Bonnie wrote that one 😀

More than one week has passed, and still no word from Xavier regarding the so-called "exclusive source" claiming Season 30 of TPIR coming to GSN in May. Unless he received the news via email from the legitimate GSN, the trusty GSN schedule will speak for itself. I highly doubt we'll be seeing promos and a press release for such acquisition, since TPIR did air on GSN before (if roughly 20 years ago), and GSN seems to only publish press releases if it is a brand new series airing for the first time, and same for on-air promos or banner graphics.

Buzzerblog would have nore traction with the "exclusive sources" than most of us or Casey ABell would.

I'm not going to announce this all over the board, but this would be a good time to use the ignore users feature.

No replies in a month! A slow day, perhaps? Uh, no. I made a thread for the Best Ever Trivia Show, and I noted the Chase special in its proper thread.

Well, I appreciated the post in this thread about the special airing today, reminded me to set my DVR. I don't follow many of the individual show threads except for the ones that I am currently recording or have recorded recently in the past.

Not to mention many local markets are running Feud at 3 to 4 shows a day also The Atlanta area gets 4 episodes of Feud a day, plus Celeb FF during the summer on another station. This is why I never got that this was GSN's apparent sole main appeal for getting their channel, for those people like myself who haven't had cable in a while and don't really miss GSN. I can get Harvey Feud (new and reruns) if I wanted to, over the air for free. Not saying that they shouldn't air the show at all, but they've got to do better as far as their main reasons for watching the network go. There are new game shows on aplenty elsewhere if I want to see something modern. Catch 21 reruns air for free on Bounce. An array of classics air on Buzzr mostly untampered with for free including two that have never aired on GSN. We're even seeing classic episodes of Jeopardy (a former prominent show on GSN) on Netflix. And as far as originals go on GSN, my favorite, The Chase, is still canceled. I don't see much else to look forward to on that front.
I'm looking at GSN's schedule now and it's mostly the same few shows repeated.

Well, Brandon, here's something you might be interested, on this date 6 years ago, Bounce TV began showing reruns of Catch 21 and Sherri Shepherd's tenure of the Newlywed Game, beginning a long stint on rerunning both shows on Bounce TV. The one thing I wish that Bounce TV could be rerunning back then and now are the first season Catch 21 episodes with a different theme music, a different logo huge lecterns and Mikki seen on the right side of the set in the main game, and the 3 possible answers shown before each question, also the Newlywed Game Season 4 where former host Gary Kroeger announced and the episodes opened the same way it did in Seasons 2 and 3 of the GSN version, which haven't been rerun since January 2012. Hopefully Bounce TV can give Catch 21 and Seasons 4-6 of the Newlywed Game another long term stay on its schedule and in 9-10 episode monthly livestreams. If I were to run Bounce TV, I'd immediately bring those 2 shows back to its schedule long term and ask them to rerun the first season Catch 21 episodes and add Winsanity and Snap Decision to the lineup. Also, the Catch 21 end game set in the first season looked magicly different from the main game part of the set.
