We've officially hit a standstill. We haven't had that much activity, even though there are some new shows coming in soon. No new members and barely any new threads. I don't know what we should do in order to gain some traction.
If there are any thoughts regarding this, let me know.
This can range from contests to trying to get new members around here, and other ideas that you want to share.

How about we have our favorite game show hosts come on here and talk to us about their shows and all of us could submit our favorite questions to them and they could answer us? That's always a dream I had when I joined GSP and interviews with game show hosts are always a hit, Kelsey

If that's your idea, we need to think of a way to get some of the hosts here. How do we do that?

If that's your idea, we need to think of a way to get some of the hosts here. How do we do that? You would have to write them a letter to their fan club and tell them you would LOVE for them to do an interview and then have us submit questions we would like to know about their shows and if they read our questions they would be really impressed with us. Just be polite and ask and i'm sure game show host interviews would be a wonderful idea indeed, Kelsey

You would have to write them a letter to their fan club... And if a particular host doesn't have a fan club? EDIT: And just because I thought of it now... Wouldn't it be pointless to write to a fan club? How about the host directly?

Maybe even Tweet them, not that they would respond to tweets/facebook comments, etc. They still try to keep busy. It would be worth a shot, you never know. But I doubt it.
I know specifically, Wink Martindale is on Twitter, and he has his YouTube channel now. So, he's keeping busy, and he must be somewhat of a computer guy or he wouldn't have his own YouTube channel (Wink's Vault). You might have a better chance of Wink responding to something than someone like Howie Mandel or somebody, but I still doubt Wink would respond to a tweet.
You also have to consider all the people who tweet them. They can't respond to every tweet, and they probably don't respond to hardly any at all.

If they don't respond, the whole point is moot. Perhaps we could take turns trying to set up interviews and whatnot? Would be pretty interesting to see who responds to our requests. I mean, we're not getting Drew any time soon. So go for people who would have a season coming up, or a new show? ... And to be honest, you just summed up the last month and change of my life. Just substitute "tweet" for "e-mail". And change the subject to a certain person, rather than a collective group of people. (Still waiting on that reply back, man.) ( EDIT: Not the last month and change that everyone went through. Just the last month and change in my life. Damn.)
