It's only been three plus weeks of this, why should they fix it? I'm sure their core audience uses the stream. They get that in the adult care facilities, right?

I don't care how it's transmitted, as long as I can get it. and it's not cropped or truncated in any way. I'm smart enough to adjust to the proper aspect ratio before saving the episodes to my collection.
I always laugh when I see 4x3 stretched to 16x9 widescreen called "proper aspect ratio."

Has anyone else noticed that the recent Narz Concentration episodes seem to have a very bad problem with wrongly deinterlaced/processed frames like the ones below? I'm watching on the Pluto stream. Is it in the transfer or is being done during the transmittal? Anyone watching OTA seeing this as well?
The frames/fields seem to be delinterlaced in the wrong order. See the board position between the 2nd and third rows (and the bottom row as well) in the first picture and the example of a switched frame in the second example (almost all scene switches have this effect)
I've looked at the first weeks of episodes and I don't see this transfer effect.

It’s not just this show but this is the result of the new feed. Previously the transitions / cross fades were more static like and now they’re like a wave. It’s more noticeable but it’s actually less digital noise. It’s not just on new shows but all their shows.

The difference is very subtle frame by frame (as I said, if you scan through an episode, it's like waves moving through the picture.) Here's a cut transition from Match Game 74 #259. The first is the old version, the second is the new version. As you can see, the second is "clearer" (has less pixels) but it makes the transition more jarring. This is the same exact frame in both episodes. Attachments:

"Waves" is a good way to describe it. It almost acts like a Time-Base Correction error in some ways.
So is anyone seeing this effect on the OTA feed as well? Or is it just the web feed?

Every episode of Concentration '7X since it started airing looks like film, when it should look smoothness and fluidness. Oddly, the show has smoothness and fluidness in the promos.

The February 5, 1980 episode of "Card Sharks" (Perry) aired as scheduled at 9PM EST/8PM CST and is currently airing again right now. Wonder if anyone has that episode recorded for uploading on YouTube, that and the following episode (February 6, 1980).

The 8:30PM airing on tonight's LMAD is the episode long thought to be the finale. Buzzr lists it on their online schedule as episode 332, with 333-340 shcedule to air the next eight weeknights through 9/4, so it's possible they aired the episodes out of taping order in 1985-86.

I thought Carol and Jay were sitting in the audience in the finale?

I thought Carol and Jay were sitting in the audience in the finale? Chris Bryant on Dailymotion labels the episode that aired tonight as the finale. I think that episode was taped off WWOR NYC from the original broadast

@aarsdy I'd like some clarification. When and why did Buzzr move to a new feed, and how long is this gonna be? Also, why is everything looking like film and lacking the smoothness and fluidness that was there previously? Is all of this due to COVID-19?

Also, why is everything looking like film and lacking the smoothness and fluidness that was there previously? Is all of this due to COVID-19? This was around July 21 for the T.V. version and August 1 for the stream version. This was done as a part in focusing on more digital strategies for the channel. I doubt this has anything to do with COVID-19.
