Also Card Sharks rewinds back to June 1978 on Monday too. I hope fresh episodes of the Jim Perry version start again real soon. To recap, Buzzr has shown episodes #001-#102 from April 24-September 12, 1978, skipping #016 (May 15, 1978; contestants unknown) and #067 (July 25, 1978; contestants unknown). They also showed #569 (Independence Day 1980; La Vonne vs. Ed), as part of Buzzr Casino. But I'm not sure of the exact date Buzzr aired it, as dare2be doesn't have it listed in his guide. David Downs has it on his Fun & Games YouTube channel.

Then again, it didn't seem like that long ago when fresh Press Your Luck episodes from February and March 1984 started airing. And speaking of Press Your Luck, does the updated schedule show fresh episodes scheduled beyond May 26?

It appears Monty's Beat the Clock replaces The All New Let's Make a Deal on Weeknights.

It appears Monty's Beat the Clock replaces The All New Let's Make a Deal on Weeknights. This is interesting. One, because this would mark the first time since Buzzr's inception that LMaD isn't on in primetime. Two, this has me suspecting that we'll see some fresh episodes of Hall BtC soon since they're giving it more airtime. The same thing happened with Sale of the Century for a while.

I'm still trying to figure out why season 2 of TANLMAD hasn't been rerun since 1996 on The Family Channel.
To me that's every bit of sought after as Press Your Luck's final three months.

For now that week they're starting with the premiere week (I know it's been rerun several times, but I'm fine with that) and it keeps its Sunday nigh spot. I'm wondering if this is like a filler until new episodes of LMAD (either 70's or 80's) come the next week. I guess we'll see. Isn't it like Buzzr's second anniversary around that time?

Yes, he was. I was just pointing out that those airings weren't the original airings, and that later episodes were on the schedule.

Better have the volume down when watching Press Your Luck tomorrow and the day after so the neighbors don't complain. Karen Martin ("Whammies, you can drop dead!" and "I need a pool table for Dan!") will be on.

It's been nice seeing the earlier PYL episodes and I'm glad we have fresh ones now. I remember discovering this show when GSN was showing late 1984/1985 episodes, so it's been fun first of all seeing the show from the beginning all the way through (I missed out on GSN just as they got into January 1984), and secondly seeing some of these contestants' full episodes that were often used as a part of the clip montages during the opening.
